CHAPTER 42: CHAPTER 42: SUDDEN NEWS (HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE)

James, who had approached without notice, murmured quietly to Chu Feng, "Seems like the school board was really pressing him hard!"

Chu Feng didn’t respond, just smiled as he watched the bald principal vent his emotions.

A few minutes later, Principal Frank finally calmed down.

"Sorry about that, Mr. Chu, for making a spectacle of myself!"

"It’s nothing; we fully understand your feelings. Oh, by the way, if you need to verify anything inside the school, I can accompany you for a look."

"Damn it!" Helplessly watching his subordinate leave, the newly appointed Chief Pierce angrily slammed his fist on the table.

To encounter such a major incident just after taking office, and his subordinates wouldn’t even follow his commands! How could his luck be so bad?
