Ricky Butler was not surprised that Carson Flores knew about the Heavenly Alliance’s upper echelon and smiled: "Special Envoy Flores is young and promising, I’ve heard of you too. I just don’t know your purpose in stopping the duel between us and the Northern Mystic Sect?"

Carson Flores smiled and said: "Nothing major, just wanted to resolve a small matter before your duel."

Ricky Butler nodded: "Please speak, Special Envoy Flores."
