Chapter 485: Chapter 485 – Hey Bianca

Halos calmed down and Alex became serious as both of them listened.

They didn’t know what it was but they understood that calling them here and bringing seclusion meant something important.

“I want you guys to arrange a meeting with your fathers.”

A reclusive silent came as both person had different looks.

Alex seemed thoughtful before it slowly turned to frown that he tried to hid. Halos on the other hand seemed quite serious, so serious that it almost came as a surprise when he smiled the next moment, “Is it related to money?”

“In a way.”

“Then I can.” Halos smiled, “If its money, it would be far easier to make that old man listen.”

I nod with a smile and look at Alex.

The guy had trouble explaining his problem. I suppose he had the same problem everyone else had with me.

“I- I’m sorry, Henry. But I don’t think I can help out with this.”

“Is that so… mind explaining to me what is it that bothers you?”

Alex’s face hardened, he didn’t want to say it, “I- It’s a bit difficult to say…”

“Is it my background?” I say, “Do you have problems because of my side ventures?”

“You… could say that.”

“What?” Halos looked at Alex with a questioning look, “You’re turning down because of that. Grow up, would you Alex.”

Halos was supportive of me likely because of our friendship. In reality, he also didn’t mind the bad stuffs because he’s just someone who doesn’t care. And that is to not add how his father already has a greed for making money, in not many legal ways.

Alex on the other hand was one of the good guys. His father was also a good soldier, one of the loyal ones.

But if I could have someone as loyal or headstrong as him, it would definitely make my work easier.

“Halos, it isn’t just a side job or anything but something prohibited. I don’t know or care how you look at those things, but I certainly won’t accept such.” Alex looked at me with an apologetic look, “I know you have helped me before, Henry, which I am grateful for.”

“But I’m sorry, I cannot help you with this.”

“Alex, don’t be such a-”

I raise a hand and stop Halos from saying anymore.

Reaching closer to my thighs, I let the bunny girl behind me massage my back extensively while giving a semi-serious look, “I understand your concern, Alex. I wouldn’t take the matter further knowing you are opposed to it.”

“And I don’t take it to heart either. I understand a man’s want to hold onto peace and law, especially you, who wants to grow up to be just an honest soldier like your father.”

Alex calmed down a bit. He had once told of his goal, to make his father proud and surpass him one day.

“But… this is no illegal deal.”

“Hm?” Not only Alex, but Halos too turned to look at me with a raised brow.

“I want to talk with your father about a legitimate business deal. Not only yours but also Halos, it’s the same deal for your father as well.”

“Um…” Halos mummed, “You said it’s about making money, right? Big Money?”

“It is.”

“And its legitimate?” Alex joined.

“It is.”

“Okay, okay… if I’m not hearing wrong.” Halos got a bit energetic, “It’s a legitimate deal with high income… that’s seems a bit bullshit.”

I laugh, “I hear ya. But in all honesty, it really is a legitimate deal.”

“Can you tell us about it?” Alex asked.

“Sorry, its classified.”

Alex frowned at that. He took a hard look at Henry, trying to figure out if he was telling the truth or not.

In the end, he sighed, “I still don’t think it would be possible.”

“Alex, why do you gotta be such a hardass, huh?”

Alex groaned at Halos, “I’m not being a…” He turned to me, “I believe you, Henry. But the problem is my father may not listen to me.”

I look down at the expensive long yellow tiger’s rug under me.

I already knew getting the soldier would be far stretch and it hasn’t even started yet. What Alex meant was of my reputation, which was why Alex’s father, Nuron Atreides, would most likely not even hear him out.

“Tell him… it’s something related to the Royal Family.”

Both of their ears perked up and Halos subtly looked at the bunny girl beside him, who seemed as if she didn’t hear it at all.

“Wha-”

“I can’t say anymore. If he doesn’t want to come after that, don’t bother. It’s good enough that you tried.” I tell Alex.

“Knock”

“Knock”

Two subtle knocks to the door and I stand up, “I’m sorry to leave so abruptly but another matter has presented itself so I have to leave. Why don’t you guys relax and have fun in the meantime?”

“We’ll do that.” Halos said as he shooed me out, “Go do your thing.”

I laugh and as I was leaving I say, “Halos, make sure not to get too handsy… these girls are licensed to break body parts if people get too… you know.”

Halos’s smile vaporized.

“More drinks, master?”

“Why not, that’s the only action I’m gonna get tonight anyway.”

Outside the VIP room, I follow down and sit on a stool on the bar. A woman sitting next to me, one who was quite familiar.

“Hey there, Bianca. Long time no see.”

I turn to the blonde haired, tanned woman next to me. She wore a tight black dress with multiple tiny crystals that shone slightly.

Bianca almost coughed out her drink, “Goddess, when did you come?”

“Just now.”

“For someone of your figure, you really are quiet.” She murmured while gulping down a glass, “What do you want?”

“Really?” I smile awkwardly, “Do we have to play that game?”

Bianca sighed, “Look, she doesn’t want to meet or have anything to do with you so why don’t you just pack up and leave. It’d be best.”

I almost sighed.

‘Seems like she already found out.’

Marika or Marika Dragonoir, found out my identity.

I would say it was quite shocking when I learned of her identity. But after what happened with Abigail, that shock went quickly.

I knew she would eventually find out, but I wanted to tell it to her directly before she found out herself.

‘But that’s not palpable anymore.’ I turn to look at Bianca who already seemed quite drunk, ‘And explaining to her would be a waste.’

“I’ll leave… just do me one favor.” I pull out a letter from my breast-pocket and put it beside her glass, “Give this to her.”

Bianca looked at the letter, ignored it and went back to her drinking.

I say nothing and get up. I give a signal to the bartender to look out for her before leaving.

Bianca was about to finish her 6th glass when she stopped. Putting the glass down, she looked at the letter beside her and sighed.

“Good Goddess, Marika. You don’t do anything fun and when I finally get you to do something, it has to be such a big fucking mess.” Bianca chuckled out a laugh, “You call me a troublemaker whe- when hick!… you are the grandest of them all.”

Sighing once more, she picked up the letter and put it between her ripe breasts, “But since I’m your only friend… I suppose I should help you.”
