Chapter 486: Chapter 486 – A Revolutionary Bullet

Like BAR!, there was another establishment called BAR2!

BAR2! was also located far away from the likes of any city. This place stood tall and strong around the dingy and insecure atmosphere of thieves and criminals.

Similar to BAR!, BAR2! was a bar like systemic place as well. Except that it had a very distinctive change. While BAR! had a noble look to it, BAR2! was a less flashy place with shady deals going around everywhere.

If BAR! had noble and rich people with flourishing backgrounds coming there to enjoy their time, then BAR2! has scumbags, bandits and other notorious group of people coming here and spending their not-so-hard-earned cash on getting drunk and spending on prostitutes.

This place wasn’t just a place for criminals alike to just have fun, but it was also an office.

Henry’s Private Office

This was the unofficial place where Henry made and finished some of his under the table deals.

The place was far away from people and the right people’s pockets were filled with enough cash to give him the privacy he wanted for this place. Everyone knew about this place. That meant both the guards and criminals knew this was his place and both made damn sure not to do anything stupid.

Inside the Gamy BAR2!’s third floor main office room.

I was sitting behind the desk while doing something that needed my utmost attention.

I was building a house of cards… literally.

With slow precise movements, I place the last king and queen cards joined side by side at the highest stage with minimum disruptions… and voila!

MY HOUSE OF CARDS IS FINALLY DO-

Bang! Bang!

Someone knocked hard on the door which disrupted me and in the cycle, broke down my house.

My brow made a sharp turn as I took a deep breath through my nostrils.

The fucking thing took fifteen minutes to build and it took not even a second for it to fall apart.

“I- I was just starting to understand Zen-”

Bang! Bang!

The door loudly shook again.

“Who is it!”

“Master” A heavy voice spread through the door, “…It’s me.”

My eyes close in a Chinese way of understanding as I see through the door, “Mach, you are here.”

“Emhmm.” The large guy called Mach, nodded his head behind the door.

He doesn’t know about my eyes or that I could see his nod. His just like that… a good, loyal guy… just a bit relaxed in the head.

The previous aggression I had, whiffed out as I get to the door and open it with a smile, “It’s been quite some time, big guy. How have you been.”

“Okay” Mach spread his lips a bit in what I call a smile… but others might very well see it as a murderous grin.

“Where’s the other guy?” I look around but I could see Rack being completely closed off by Mach’s size.

“I’m here!” Rack said as his head popped out behind Mach’s muscular legs, “Move a bit, you lump of meat! I can’t get in.”

Rack spoke in anger as he tried to move the inevitable wall in front of him. Mach thought nothing of words and sided his legs a bit as he got in.

“That’s it! I had it with you!” Rack pointed his finger at Mach angrily, “You always do this kind of shit. You always hit me while walking or completely ignore my existence!”

A small guy angrily screaming at someone so intimidating like Mach would seem cartoonish. Because in no way did Mach seem like the type of guy you would yell at.

The guy’s whole aura screamed one word.

RUN!

Yet Rack screamed like he didn’t give a shit, which he didn’t and Mach ignored because… that’s just him.

“Master…” Ignoring Rack’s words, Mach said in a low hum, “I brought him.”

“Good work, big guy.” I pat his shoulder.

Mach’s face remained unchanged, but I could see a slight hint of flush on his unchangeably dark look.

The guy was pretty nice.

Rack seeing his words fell to deaf ear, sighed and turned to me, “Boss… do I not satisfy you?”

“Of course you do, Rack.” I say with an honest smile.

“Then why won’t you remove this guy from my ass… he literally keeps staring at it all the time.”

“Huh?” Mach rumbled lowly, “I thought that was your head.”

“…SEE!” Rack pointed his fingers again, “He intentionally screws with me.”

In Mach’s defense, Rack’s was a small guy. His ass and head didn’t have that much of a height difference.

“You know how he is Rack.” I pat Mach’s shoulder again, “Mach is a nice guy, a genuine person who will have your back no matter what. And it’s only humane of him to make some mistakes.”

“But-”

“We both know, his the very best for protecting you. If danger were to come, you know he would risk everything to protect you.”

Rack became quiet before nodding slowly, “Yeah, which is why I still haven’t put a bullet in that block head.”

“What?”

“Nothing, nothing. Just stay put, would you!”

“Forget about the racket.” Rack didn’t like my joke, “Both of you sit down, we have business to conduct.”

Rack sat before the desk as I behind it. Both of our eyes, going towards Mach, who stood at the door.

“Mach… aren’t you gonna sit?”

“You sure, master?” He took a long look at the chair, “What if it breaks?”

He had a point.

“Sit at the couch.” I point it and he quietly closes the door and sits, trying his very best not to break it.

With that done, I look at Rack and a dark businessman smile comes, “So… is the product ready?”

Rack’s face mirrored my smile, “You know it!”

Rack brought his leather satchel forward and dived into it. I could hear a few metallic clinks as he murmured ‘not this’ ‘nope’ ‘definitely not this’ ‘why is this here?’ before finally saying “Haha!”

Rack’s hand stretched out from the bag as it showed a Revolver.

The gun had steelish tint with a long barrel and six bullet cylinder. It was similar to the Colt Paterson gun from my past world and I have to say… It looks good!

“My Newest Invention!” Rack smiled big, “Its small and not as efficient as the big boys but it’s very travel worthy and packs a big punch. You just have to make sure the hammer isn’t cocked when not using it and to definitely not put it inside your pants.”

I raise a brow as Rack explained.

“Someone inside the factory thought it was a cool look… until it banged and he lost his dong.” Rick sighed, “The only fortunate thing is, now that poor guy won’t need an excuse to not fuck his ugly ass wife.”

“Yeah, yeah, that’s all good and… fortunate.” I say with doubt, “But what about that other item?”

“Hehe, don’t worry boss. I brought it too.” Rick’s hands dived into the satchel again and this time he quickly brought out the item and placed it before me.

“There it is, The Harbinger.”

I look down at the item before me.

It was a Bullet.

A .38 Special or 9×29mmR is a rimmed, centerfire cartridge made of nickel plated brass. The bullet had one special feature on it beside its very existence, it was that the bullet was of pink color while its casing was silverish.

As I looked closer, the pink light shimmered slightly to the naked eye.

My smile broadens at the revolutionary item in my hand.

“With this, even a commoner can kill the strongest of Sigmat Users!”
