CHAPTER 43: CH 43

’Apocalypse Online’, was the topic of discussion not only in the general public but it was being discussed in every corporation as many elite teams started appearing gaining fame in both the world.

No part of world was getting left behind as many started to call it the golden era from the time immemorial.

However, the brighter the light is, the darker the evil hiding in it. Just like how fast the development was happening in both worlds, the crime rate was also at all time high.

The greed of becoming rich after a good opportunity in the game was so much that player killing was a daily occurence with millions of players being Pke’d at daily basis... The black market in game was rampant but undetectable.

The same was the case with the real world.... Just ask a question, ’Will those at the top really let some random gamers climb the ladder of society?’, or ’Will those who lost thier position really be silent about it?’

The answer was of course ’No’. The race of control started, either be a player affiliated by a corporation, government, etc. or become thier target.

Even if you might be safe real world of your real identity is unknown, you were still targetted in the game world. The case was even more severe with Legendary class holders, who only have three chances with thier class.

Three people become victim of this losing thier legendary class. Isabella even heard that one legendary class holder make his own guild with many talented players and even had other legendary class holders working for him however...

It then had nothing to do her at that time. If it was before, she might have approached the guild but till that time, BloodRose family wasn’t what it used to be.

They weren’t the same millionaire family anymore, but just a rich family. They could afford a car but it won’t a Lamborghini, they could afford a tour but it won’t be a world tour, they could afford iPhone but not apple... Not like they could do it before but you get the point.

Surprisingly, Alex had no interest in that game even though he had played the tutorial before quitting. How important was tutorial? Well, you cannot make an account before completing it.

Not like it was difficult, all you need to do is to complete the quest as soon as it is done, you can attach the in game avatar with real world ID, bank account and all. And so, the tutorial is done.

However, you still need to earn the gold coins and buy an Awakening Ceremony for yourself and there it is, a mana core for you only then can you be said safe but that came after the tutorial.

But before the tutorial, you won’t become the part of the game world and will not be able to adapt to mana. (A/N:- Or become mana zombie in other words.)

Isabella doesn’t force him though, it was his wish and she doesn’t want to be a nagging mother. However, she herself was very amazed by that world as she has to play it everyday for 1 hour when the server went online (24 hours in game)

Time continue to pass as she even made a few friends in the game while mostly focusing on the business. Even though most of her in game time was spent like this, she herself had a decent level of power as a Fire Mage and was famous for her potion business in the game.

Not only that, as talanted as Isabella was in business, after her first mistake in not identifying the opportunity in the game, she doesn’t repeat that again and studied it in depth, mainly about many players.

Even though she know that the difference between them is too big that she might never be able to strike a business deal with them, but who knows if she might encounter them in this small world, where the most unexpected things happens at the most unexpected moments.

And she was right, as the next few months (11th and 12th) were the most busiest one for the business as Epic classes which are a total of 1 million in the game popped up like mushroom during the First World Event, ’The Heroes’ War’.

Hundreds of Epic classes were being discovered and equipped at daily bases, it was so much that most Epic class holders become the main force of the armies.

Rare Classes were mostly everywhere (1 rare class can be used by 10 players but some can be infinite players.), and only those who were new or barely login were using one of the 10 Common Class.

However, soon the heat died down as the war came to an end. But it was only the war that came to an end, excitement of the war as it was still at all time high even whole after week.

But... In this world, only the most unexpected things happens, at the most unexpected moments and you can not be prepared for that, no matter how hard you try to make yourself ready for it, you just can’t, never...

Unless of course if you have absolute power to crush everything that comes your way...

It was with those notifications and announcements that the game shut down forever. At first, everyone was confused as to what happened as they were all forcefully logged out.

However, in under a minute’s time, they gote the answer as the apocalypse begin.

(A/N:- It’s undecided how it will begin and what will happen after that, I have a few ideas but we will see what to do, thats dozen or who knows hundreds of ch away anyway so we will see it at that time.)

(A/N:- I won’t mention anything related to events of apocalypse here except a few small things as it really troublesome to change it after that. Just like above, which happened in the game are now almost set in stone... Still I am looking forward to it.)
