Guide is a term certain groups of Skeletons use to refer to the Immortals, signifying a special relationship between the two.

For instance, in the Li Tribe, the only one qualified to call Shuli ’Guide’ is A Li.

"You have a ’Guide’? And you’ve domesticated Evil Ghosts?"

Even as a Skeleton who has domesticated an entire colony of Explosive Insects, Xiong Pi wasn’t foolish enough to misunderstand the implication of ’domestication.’
