After the meal, Sky went to pay the bill. When he returned to the Walker residence, William and Charlotte handed him a new bank card.

    While he was being monitored and assessed by the enforcement office, Sky wasn''t allowed to use his own money. He could only spend what the family provided. Once hepleted the monitoring phase, he would be free to use his dividends from Walker Group however he pleased.

    But now, none of that mattered to him anymore. He had already handed over everything he owned to Natalie as her wedding gift. Once he regained his freedom and returned to work at Walker Group, he would still be able to reim his former glory.

    As for rtionships, Sky wasn''t sure if he could still have a happy love life. He had a criminal record, and it could even affect his future children.

    Sky wasn''t without regrets, but it was toote for that now. He didn''t know if his children would resent him in the future, but if he ever started a rtionship, he would make sure to tell his partner everything about his past.

    If she could ept it, they would be together. If not, he would remain single for the rest of his life, though that wouldn''t matter to Sky.

    After the three of them finished their meal, they walked out of the restaurant together.

    Zachary had been drinking, so Sophia took the wheel on the way back. Meanwhile, Sky had already called for a designated driver.

    Zachary waved goodbye. "Mr. Walker, we''ll notify you once the signing date is finalized. See you in a few days."

    Sky smiled and waved back. "Alright. See you."

    Once Sophia drove off, and his ride arrived, Sky got into the back seat.

    "To Causeway Bay," he said, rubbing his brow.

    Sophia had told him earlier that Samuel had been discharged from the hospital and was now recovering at the vi in Causeway Bay.

    He had been dragging his feet on the divorce, and Sierra had ended up pleading with Sophia for help.

    They were married overseas, and by thews of that country, both parties had to appear in person at the relevant courthouse to finalize the divorce.

    There was also the matter of asset division. Needless to say, it wouldn''t be an easy process.

    However, Sierra had made up her mind. Even if she walked away with nothing, she just wanted out of the marriage with Samuel.

    Sky rubbed his forehead, remembering what Sophia had said. "Mr. Walker, you''re the one who offered this project partnership. I proposed a fair and transparent coboration, but you turned it down, so don''t say I owe you anything.

    "Since you want to make amends and atone, I''m giving you the chance. I hope you''re being serious and not just saying it to sound good. If you can get Samuel out of Dithoria for good, maybe my life will finally be free from torment."

    Sky had listened carefully and nodded. "Alright, I''ll help you. Sophia, since I''ve agreed to it, I''ll see it through. Don''t worry. I''ll get Samuel and Sierra divorced, then have him leave Dithoria for good. Give me a month."

    Hearing that, Sophia smiled and nodded at him. "Then, it''s a deal. I''ll wait for your good news."

    Sky replied, "Yes. It''s a deal."

    After that, they walked together toward the restaurant entrance, then went their separate ways.

    Some things had already been said at the dinner table, but the fact that Sophia brought it up again meant she wanted him to take it seriously.

    Sky understood this, so he decided to pay Samuel a visit.

    After all, Samuel was still recovering from an illness. They hadn''t seen each other for many years, and now that Sky knew he was sick, it was only right to go check on him.

    Back when things were still good between Sophia and Sky, they were practically engaged. They were once close enough to be family.

    The driver took the car to Causeway Bay, where the automatic system recognized the license te, raising the barrier. Sky signaled for the driver to go ahead and enter.

    Samuel lived in a vi at Causeway Bay. It had been a gift from Ivan and Samantha when they were still a family-before Ivan had his affair and before Samuel left for abroad. The estate had been divided, with each sibling receiving one vi.

    For years, neither Samuel nor Sophia had stayed there. Samantha had rented it out to tenants, and the rental ie had been sent directly to Samuel each month.

    After Samuel returned to Dithoria, he first stayed at a hotel, then after a few days in the hospital, he decided he didn''t want to stay in a hotel anymore. This was when he remembered the property in Causeway Bay.

    He had the property management terminate the tenant''s lease early, paid a breach-of-contract fee, and moved in himself.

    After all, Samuel wasn''t short on money.

    Following Sky''s instructions, the driver parked in front of Samuel''s vi.

    "I''m giving you a little extra, so please wait for me in the car for a bit. I''ll need you

    to drive me to another location afterward," Sky told the driver.

    "Alright, sir," the driver responded.

    After getting out of the car, Sky rubbed his temple to clear his mind, then walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell.

    Before long, a maid came to open the door. "Hello, who are you looking for?"

    Sky smiled and said, "I''m here to see Mr. Samuel Sinir. My name is Sky Walker. Could you please let him know I''m here?"

    The maid nodded politely. "Sure, please wait a moment."

    Sky stood at the door, suddenly realizing something. He hade to visit Samuel but hadn''t brought any gifts.

    He had been drinking earlier and hadn''t thought things through properly.

    It was customary to bring a gift when visiting someone who was ill, and he had failed to do that.

    While Sky was still thinking about how to make up for it, the maid opened the door again. "Mr. Walker, pleasee in. Sorry for keeping you waiting."

    "It''s fine," Sky replied, then followed the maid inside.

    Samuel was sitting on the couch with a cast on his leg. A wheelchair and crutches were parked beside him.

    Seeing Sky, he forced a smile. "Hey, Sky! It''s been a long time."

    Sky nodded slightly. "Yeah, it''s been a while. How was life overseas all these years?

    Samuel let out a scoff and answered, "It''s been fine. I didn''t expect you to get out so soon. I thought you''d be stuck in there for at least a decade."

    He gave Sky a once-over again. "Why were you released early?"

    Sky''s expression darkened slightly. Samuel''s question was blunt and rude. It was no wonder Sophia wanted him to handle this.

    Sky sat across from Samuel and said, "Samuel, how did you end up with a broken leg? Was the road here too rough, or have you been overseas for so long that you forgot how to walk on your own turf?"
