The girl looked Lin Xiaoyan up and down, and after confirming there was no danger, she nodded distantly, "Yes, why?"

"Someone put needles in this restroom, probably trying to spread an infectious disease." Lin Xiaoyan leaned towards Nancy and whispered.

Nancy’s eyes turned sharp as she heard this.

"I’m not sure if there are needles elsewhere, I just saw them in this restroom..."

Lin Xiaoyan described the scene she had "seen" earlier, where the girl accidentally cut her arm on a needle sticking out from the wall.

Upon hearing this, Nancy’s face turned cold and she walked into the restroom.

"Be careful," Lin Xiaoyan said worriedly.

"Don’t worry."

Nancy entered the restroom and quickly checked the spot Lin Xiaoyan mentioned. She keenly noticed the oddity on the wall, then cautiously backed out without touching anything.

After exiting the restroom, Nancy looked at Lin Xiaoyan and nodded slightly at her.

Lin Xiaoyan’s face turned grim; she hadn’t expected anyone would purposely attempt to spread an infectious disease!

"You should sit back down, I’ll go find the train police to handle this."

"Okay."

Lin Xiaoyan turned away but then thought, what if someone came to use the restroom?

"I’ll stand here for a while, what if someone comes to use the restroom?" Lin Xiaoyan returned.

Nancy glanced at everyone in the carriage. The two of them stood there, while some people looked at them with curiosity.

She worried for Lin Xiaoyan, what if the person spreading the disease harbored malicious intentions and came to harm Lin Xiaoyan?

Nancy thought for a moment, "I’ll call the train police over!"

"I’ll take you back to your seat, come on, be careful."

"Okay."

After the train police arrived, Nancy returned to sit by Lin Xiaoyan’s side.
