CHAPTER 98: LIES THAT BIND

Daniela paced back and forth in her room, whilst Helena tried to calm her down.

"Princess, sit down please. You’re making me dizzy."

She paused, and turned to her mother, her mouth agape with shock. "Are you serious right now?"

"As serious as anyone could get, honey. Why are you so worried? I doubt the topic of that girl will come up."

"Oh it will, Mama. And when Luciano realizes I haven’t told Papa about her, he’ll raise hell on me."

"Don’t be dramatic, Princess. Luciano treats you like an egg. He’ll never hurt you."

She laughed dryly. "That’s how he treats every woman, Mama. Doesn’t mean he won’t be disappointed. What do I do now?!" She bit her lips, and continued to pace.

Helena sighed. "Let’s just wait. And while we’re waiting, did you find the letters?"

"Yes I did."

"And have you forged the replacement?"

"Absolutely. Although I’m not sure yet if I should return the forged ones back to where I found the original, or just keep all of them with me. I don’t know." She shrugged.

"Keep them with you. Don’t return anything so you don’t risk the girl finding out. I’m surprised she wasn’t at the party tonight. What does she even look like?"

"I don’t know, okay? She’s not as beautiful as her friend, that’s for sure, but she does have really pretty eyes. And her breasts sit firmly. But she has that goody two shoes look, you know? Very innocent and annoying." She cringed at the thought of Natalia.

"That kind of girl is dangerous because she can use her innocent features to her advantage. I’m not even surprised. She’s exactly like her mother." Her eyes darkened as she thought of her sister, Maria.

Daniela walked over to the bed, and sat next to her.

"I didn’t even consider how you must be feeling in all of this. It’s going to be fine, Mama." She hugged her.

"I know it will be. If nature doesn’t make it so, we’ll have to help. Just like I did so many years ago. She should have died with her daughter if she knew what was best for her. Now the poor girl has to suffer the consequences of living."

Daniela smiled. "I love it when you speak like this, Mama. It assures me that everything will be fine."

"But of course, my darling. It will be fine, okay?" She pressed a kiss on her cheeks.

A knock on the door drew their attention straight to its frame.

"Who is there?" Daniela called.

"Me."

Her eyes widened. "It’s Luciano, Mama. Why is he here?" She said through a hush, panicking tone.

Helena placed a silencing finger on her lips. "Act normal," she mouthed.

Daniela nodded, and swiftly did a little breathing exercise.

"Now go to the door, and respond to your future husband. Demurely, okay?"

"Okay Mama."

She rose to her feet, pushed a smile on her face, and walked over to the door.

"Hey babe," she said as soon as she opened the door.

Luciano’s gaze shot past her to Helena who had risen to her feet.

"Can I speak to Daniela alone, please? Giovanni is already in his room. The guard will take you to him."

"But of course," she smiled, and picked up her purse from the bed. "You take care of my jewel, okay?" She said on getting to the door.

He let out a small smile in response, and stepped aside for her to go out.

"I’ll see you at dawn, Princess."

"Goodnight Mama!" Daniela called.

Luciano shut the door, as he entered the room.

Her hands were already on his chest before he could say a word. "Did you come for some private time?" She drawled, moving her hand all over his chest.

He grabbed her by the shoulder, and gently pushed her away from him. "Stop it Daniela. You know that’s not why I’m here."

She rolled her eyes hard. "So why’d you interrupt my conversation with my mother?"

"Don’t pretend you don’t know why. I trusted you to tell Giovanni the truth."

"And I was going to, but I told Mama instead to tell him. I mean I couldn’t confront him with something like that now, could I? Anyway, she told me that the moment she brought up her sister’s name, he shut her up. He didn’t want to hear anything about any of that. It’s not my fault," she lied with a straight face.

"And you’re telling me the truth, right now? You know I hate lies."

She walked up to him, and placed a hand on his chest again. "Do I lie to you?"

"I would hope not."

"Of course I don’t. You’re my king. You own me. I’m yours forever, baby. Why would I lie to you?" Her hands traveled down the lengths of his pants, and ended on his crotch area.

"Daniela, I’m tired," he said in resistance.

"You’re really not going to allow me to end the special day with a special night, baby?" She pouted seductively.

Luciano blinked, as his heart missed a beat.

He could swear he had just seen Valentina.

"No," he thought in protest.

That ship had sailed. Whatever madness that was, he had put it in the past.

It wasn’t enough for him to think it, he had to ensure that it was true, and truly believed.

His hand went behind Daniela’s head, and as he yanked it behind, he kissed her.

Excitement coursed through her being, as they kissed with their tongue.

When they both landed on the bed, she came on top of him.

"You’re tired right? Let me take over for you."

Luciano watched her take off her nightdress, and flung it to the floor.

Her large breasts spilled out with a bounce, and a recoil.

"Valentina doesn’t have this," he thought as he grabbed both breasts with his hands.

"You’re still thinking about her," a voice said to him.

"No, I’m comparing."

He buried his face between her breasts, and Daniela let out a moan.

"I want you now baby," she whispered, already way past the point of foreplay.

She hoisted her body, and his pants together with his briefs came down.

Then she lowered her body slowly onto his hardness.

"I can spend an eternity like this. With you inside of me," she whispered to him.

Luciano didn’t want the small talks. Because the longer the words went, the more room his mind had to wander.

He buried his face on her flapping, bouncy breasts, as she began to bounce on him.

"Oh yes!" Daniela flung her head back, her soul shifting into a different realm.

This was the one time she felt like he truly belonged to her.

Here, with their bodies glued together, producing euphoric ecstacy.

"Yes baby, yes!" She screamed with reckless abandon, not a care in the world if her voice travelled through the walls.

She wanted everyone to know that when the curtains closed, it was her who provided the king with pleasure.

No, she wanted Valentina especially to know.

"I love you so much, baby. I love you with all my heart," she cried out as she rode him with all of her strength.

Luciano’s face remained buried between her breasts.

It was the only participation he had any desire to indulge in.
