"Yes," Ye Feng explained. "The gap among Super Rank Strong Level monsters is so vast that those who have not stepped into the King Level domain, no matter how powerful, are grouped at this level."

"Due to the significant differences, to facilitate our distinction, the Royal City created new tiers within it. The First Tier is for monsters that have just reached Super Rank Strong Level with Eleventh Level Spiritual Energy, and the Second Tier is for those with Twelfth Level Spiritual Energy, and so forth."

"If a monster has certain special Attributes, like Source, some special Enhancement, Transformation, Advanced stages, etc., it may also be rated higher."
