The Male Leads Are Trapped in My House
PAID Chapter 190
To be precise, the scream hadn’t come from downstairs—it sounded like it had come from outside.
KWAARK!
BOOM—!
Something was fighting. Something was crashing into things. The noise was deafening.

Ethan pulled out his revolver and loaded it. I grabbed my axe, and Harrison pulled out the crossbow slung over his shoulder.
“Cherry, get behind me. It’s dangerous.”
Ethan grabbed my wrist and pulled me behind him.
I was startled by his firm grip and stared at his back.
Realistically, I didn’t need anyone’s protection. My strength alone was more than enough. And yet, whenever Ethan instinctively moved to protect me like this, it felt… strange.
A quiet sigh came from behind me. I turned my head slightly—Harrison was glowering at Ethan’s hand on my wrist.
For some reason, it felt like I had been caught doing something wrong.
But Ethan seemed completely oblivious.
With his gun loaded, he peeked outside the door and then gestured to us.
“I’ll take the lead. Follow me.”
We were the only ones on the second floor—the rest of Theodore’s group was downstairs.
As we descended the stairs, we spotted them gathered near the front entrance.
“What’s going on?”
Ethan directed his question to Theodore, who was standing closest.
Theodore turned sharply, startled, and pressed his index finger against his lips.
Be quiet.
