The True Fourth Primogenitor in the Multiverse
Chapter 51 51: The Price of Underestimating Kojou
Keystone Gate
Despite being the most important area on the entire island—responsible for preventing the island from sinking—and heavily defended by a battalion of Island Guards along with dozens and dozens of magical defenses and barriers...
...for some strange reason, the security today was laughably weak.
There were only a few dozen Island Guards present, and it was clear they weren't particularly impressive in strength. Additionally, many of the magical defenses and barriers had been deliberately disabled under the pretense of maintenance and repairs.
And the one called in to "fix the system" was none other than Aiba Asagi, the Blood Servant of the Fourth Primogenitor, known as the Cyber Empress. She worked part-time for the Gigafloat Management Corporation, and although she wasn't scheduled to work today, she was summoned to verify the system's functionality since the day had been designated for "maintenance."
But that was a lie.
In truth, the Lion King Organization, along with certain individuals from the Gigafloat Management Corporation, were conspiring to frame Asagi in Rudolf Eustach's upcoming attack—which would drag Kojou into the chaos.
As for the reason?
It was simple. To improve the public image of the Fourth Primogenitor while slowly gaining control over him. His power was too great to ignore or allow to roam freely.
And of course, their own greed and desire to obtain the power of the Fourth Primogenitor—either to control it or claim it for themselves by devouring the current one, just as had happened to the previous Fourth Primogenitor.
Unfortunately, they didn't realize they were messing with the wrong person.
Kojou was no longer the naive boy he used to be. He wouldn't hesitate to kill or destroy anyone who threatened his peaceful life or the lives of those dear to him.
To the Lion King Organization and their accomplices, Kojou was just a clueless high school student who stumbled upon the power of the Fourth Primogenitor by accident. They didn't see him as a real threat. But sadly for them, Kojou was far from clueless. He had experienced numerous dangerous events in the Campione World, which had forced him to mature. Not to mention, he still retained fragments of his memories as Lucifer—and even if incomplete, they were more than enough to strip away any naïve outlook on the world.

Boom
Boom
"What's going on?" – Asagi muttered with concern as she felt the tremor from the collapse of Keystone Gate.
"It seems Keystone Gate is under attack," said a blue-colored doll-like avatar that appeared on Asagi's phone screen.
"Keystone Gate… under attack?" – Asagi couldn't believe what she had just heard. The Keystone Gate was the most important location on Itogami Island, and its security was so tight that even the strongest attack mages couldn't recklessly approach it. "Are we being attacked by another nation, the Dominion's army, or perhaps another Primogenitor?"
Asagi couldn't think of anyone capable of attacking Keystone Gate except for those three possibilities. Even though Kojou had the power to do it, he had no reason to attack the Keystone Gate—especially while she was there.
"There are only two attackers," said Mogwai, to Asagi's shock, as he displayed the images of the attackers on her phone. "An old man with an axe, and a homunculus with a familiar."
"Just two people?!" – Asagi couldn't believe her ears. The idea that only two individuals could cause such destruction was absurd. "Impossible…"
Asagi was a smart girl, and when she pieced together all the strange events that had happened that day, a terrifying thought crept into her mind—one that made cold sweat run down her back.
"This is bad, Ojou," said Mogwai with a rare tone of worry, unexpected from an AI. "Kojou-niichan is on his way here... and he seems extremely angry."
"Damn it, this is getting even messier!" – Asagi cried out in frustration upon hearing Mogwai's words. She knew nothing good would come of this once the world's strongest vampire lost his temper. "Mogwai, call Kojou immediately!"
"I already did. But... he's already here," said Mogwai, right as an explosion shook the area, further damaging the already ruined Keystone Gate.
Boom
With a violent explosion that sent tremors throughout the entire island, Kojou appeared before Asagi, his back adorned with six pairs of black wings—his eyes glowing with rage.
"Asagi!!..." – Kojou called out with concern as he rushed to embrace her. Even though she wasn't physically injured, Asagi was still a teenage girl, and there was no doubt that the chaos unfolding around her had terrified her.
"K-Kojou…" – Asagi was surprised by the sudden hug, but she couldn't help feeling a sense of comfort. Tears began to stream down her cheeks. "Kojou!!"
She didn't hesitate to hug her man back, crying into his chest. She would be lying if she said she hadn't been scared—after all, she had just watched countless people around her die in horrible, brutal ways.
"It's okay, Asagi. I'm here now." – Kojou whispered gently as he stroked her hair to calm her down.
Kojou didn't hesitate to tighten his embrace, transferring his warmth to her—assuring her that he was by her side, where he belonged. What had happened today was far too traumatic for an ordinary high school girl.
Although Kojou appeared calm on the outside, the rage simmering in his crimson eyes was a harbinger of destruction—ready to annihilate anyone who dared mess with those he cared about.
