THE UNDISPUTED ONE
Chapter 291: Alaric and Aston Yang
CHAPTER 291: ALARIC AND ASTON YANG
It’s as if the twins had noticed the mood of their father and therefore they tended to believe him, as throughout the whole journey they were equally excited and they were equally clapping, their hands explaining the same mood as their father.
"Yes, That’s it, my babies. That’s it! You’re gonna see Mama today. She has a woken up. You’re gonna get new names today. How wonderful. How beautiful!"
All this while, Liam had adjusted his voice so as to fit into the character of a child, making it sound so baby like despite his age.
The twins continued giggling as they clapped up and about, clearly as excited as their father because they could sense that whatever he was telling them was so beautiful and was something that was so amazing.
Jane on the other hand tried to look at herself from head to toe as much as she could reach because she wanted to look extremely presentable before her own children.
Liam had cleaned her. Her skin care was done, her everything was done. She even smiled her normal vanilla perfume so she felt like she was okay to meet her children.
"Do they resemble me?"
"Or do they resemble their father?"
Jane excitedly asked herself a few questions as she clapped her hands in happiness from time to time, an action that Liam could 100% guarantee was equal to what the twins were just doing in the back seat of the car, if he were to be here to witness it.
The moment Jane heard the car pull up, she clapped excitedly as she sat straight, her excitement immediately soaring up high but up to this point, Jane had not even realized that this was not the penthouse that they used to stay in!
Liam was equally as excited as Jane as he couldn’t wait to see the reaction and the happiness between the mother and the sons.
"Okay babies. Okay, let us go."
Jane heard Liam noisily climbing the stairs as she could hear giggling from time to time, one that she could immediately decipher to be her children’s.
"Okay baby, here we go..."
Eagerly, Jane turned her head towards the door, as her loved ones patiently opened the door, her heart skipping a beat as she saw her fine husband anxiously standing in the middle of the room, but it was the two small figures nestled in either side of his hands that captured her attention and filled her with both overwhelming joy and fear.
Two identical faces beamed at Jane, their eyes filled with innocence and curiosity. The twins—her twins—were nestled in their father’s arms, dressed in matching outfits that made it almost impossible to distinguish one from the other. As Jane tried to make sense of it all and assure herself that she was not dreaming, a flurry of emotions washed over her, threatening to engulf her in a sea of overwhelming bliss.
With trembling hands, Jane beckoned Liam and twins to come closer. Slowly, he took hesitant steps, their tiny feet swinging from side to side in excitement as they displayed their toothless gums.
Gently, she lifted her arms, yearning to hold them close, to feel their warmth against her skin. As they reached her bedside, their little hands reached out for her, tiny fingers curling around hers in a gesture of pure trust and love.
Words failed Jane as she gazed deeply into their innocent eyes, so full of life and wonder. She studied their features, searching for hints of herself and their father in their cherubic faces. Her heart swelled with love and gratitude for this miracle of life that she had brought into the world.
"My babies...oh! My babies!"
Tears cascaded down Jane’s cheeks as she pressed the twins against her chest, holding them tightly, never wanting to let go.
The weight of their bodies, the softness of their breath against her skin, and the rhythmic drumming of their tiny hearts brought an overwhelming sense of completeness and purpose to her existence.
Liam stood by the side as he took pictures and videos of this beautiful moment only to stop in an alarmed manner when he realized that there were leaks on her chest.
"Baby..you’re chest is leaking..."
Liam alerted her in a careful manner as he wanted to reach out for the twins only for them to throw a very dirty look at him!
Jane burst out laughing in the midst of her tears as she gently stabilized them.
"Don’t worry love, they naturally triggered their milk. I can’t let my babies grow without tasting breastmilk. Here Hold them a little.."
"Shh.. It’s okay babies, mommy is just preparing your milk...let papa hold you a bit..."
The twins were ready to declare war the moment they realized that their mother wanted to let them go, and they had just started becoming so comfortable in the hands of this woman.
As they heard her coaxing words, they immediately relaxed as they looked at her with anticipation, their hands constantly reaching out to her, reminding her that she is supposed to be carrying them.
Once again, Jane burst out in laughter as she unzipped her gown, intending to let out her boobs, so that she can breastfeed them.
She was pretty excited to do this to the point that her husband and kids had noticed.
"Papa..pwewy mama?"
The twin carrying Jane’s eyes clumsily asked earning a kiss from Liam who responded back.
"Yes. Pwewy mama..."
Lia watched her as she took out her boobs from the gown, and the man couldn’t help but inwardly groan because he knew how feral his thoughts were running right now, but because of his kids and because of the situation of the day, he had to try and be a good person, at least display some decency.
Jane immediately beckoned Liam to give her the twins back and the moment they nestled into their mother’s arms, they quickly latched onto their respective breast and Jane couldn’t help but start tearing up as she looked at them. They seemed to be enjoying so much!!
"Hubby..."
Jane quietly whispered to the man who was busy rubbing her hand in encouragement as he watched his twins breastfeed.
"Aston, Aston Yang."
Jane looked at the twin on the left as she whispered his name and the telepathy between mom and son made the blue eyed twin look up to his mother, his eyes shutting down slowly but not completely as he smiled in delight and acceptance.
Liam looked at his little family fondly as his wife finally named their twins.
"Alaric. Alaric Yang."
Jane equally turned to the twin who had carried her green eyes and whispered his name, and just like his brother, the child looked up to his mother, smiling gently as if in acceptance of the name, before he went back to greedily latching on his side of the breast, drinking the milk as if he intended to completely milk his mother dry.
Jane turned towards Liam as she smiled at him, as if asking him if he had any thoughts on the names.
"Whatever my wife says goes."
"Ashton and Alaric. Welcome to the family, little champs."
Liam gently whispered as he kissed his sons heads before giving their mother a deep kiss full of appreciation.
In that transcendent moment, Jane knew that she had been given a second chance at life—to be a mother to these radiant little beings who had been waiting patiently for her return.
Overwhelmed by a chaotic wave of emotions, she vowed to nurture and protect them, to be their guiding light through life’s tumultuous journey.
As Jane nestled the twins closely, a sense of serenity washed over her, replacing the confusion and fear that once plagued her. In their presence, she felt an indescribable connection, as if a part of her soul had been awakened along with her physical body.
Finally, Jane whispered words of love and comfort to her precious twins, a gentle affirmation of their unbreakable bond. It was in that sacred moment that she felt the true power of a mother’s love, a love that could transcend time and circumstance, a love that had brought her back from the darkness and into the light of this miraculous reunion.
Liam watched this beautiful moments between the mother and the twins and he didn’t dare to intervene as it was finally their moment.
He just had to thank God for yet another thing, because it was really rare for someone to come out of a coma once again, all healthy and even start breastfeeding immediately.
It was even a bonus that she did not look dizzy, sound dizzy and did not look any unhealthy, if anything, she looked so energized and so pumped up.
Looking at Jane, who was busy admiring their children, Liam quietly slipped out of the room as he headed to the kitchen with an intention of making quite a number of nutritious meals for a breastfeeding mother who just came out of a coma.
Since it was a Sunday, he did not have any responsibilities and therefore took out his phone, sending an e-mail to Daniel asking if there’s anything that required his attention and if not, then he was not to be disturbed for the moment.
As the man was busy whipping different meals in the kitchen for his wife and for his kids, he could be seen to be continuously smiling because today was just a beautiful day. He saw his wife breastfeed and his children finally got their names they deserved.
"Alaric... Aston."
He had to give his wife the credits because this were their children and their future, and their happiness.
He was thinking on maybe taking some time together to raise the two before finally deciding to have another one because he wished to see his wife finally have a full journey of giving birth and of being together with her children .
