CHAPTER 292: BULLY THEIR FATHER

Liam came back to the room with quite a number of foods, only to find Jane struggling to burp the kids, as both of them looked so energized and so playful.

He immediately put down the different bowls of foods that he had just come in with as he rushed and helped her burp both Aston and Alaric.

Even though the twins were being burped by their father, they couldn’t help but turned to look at their mother from time to time, as if asking the two parents why she was letting this man hold them yet they clearly wanted to be in her arms.

For the twins, this was like a magical experience. Yes, they loved their father, but the feeling of being in their mother’s hands for the first time, breastfeeding for the first time since they were born, is a feeling that really made them feel so happy and wanted to connect with their mother further.

The two parents had naturally noticed this and Liam couldn’t help but pout as he looked at his sons.

"Look at you two un grateful things. So now that your mother is here, you are just cruelly abandoning the father who stood by your side for nine months! You peed on my face severally! You even... Oh, you two are so cruel!"

Liam started airing out his grievances, but the twins looked at him as if they felt like this man is so dramatic, only for Alaric to quietly pat his cheeks as if telling him, ’ grown man... stop being dramatic!’

Jane loved this interaction so much that she immediately burst out in laughter because these kids were acting as if they were already grown-ups.

She couldn’t help but imagine the kind of headache that they were about to experience when they become fully toddlers.

"You see! How do feel when your kids are bullying me?"

Jane rolled her eyes at this grown pouty man as she immediately stretched out her hands, as if reminding him that they should be in her hands instead.

The twins saw this action and quickly started moving their feet from left to right with a lot of excitement, telling their father to immediately put them in their mother’s arms.

Liam wanted to tell them that their mother should be sleeping instead, or she should be eating or doing something instead of carrying both of their heavy bodies, but was immediately stopped by the loud cry that they started releasing, making him immediately put them in Jane’s hands, and the moment they were there, they immediately shut up as they side eyed their father.

"Hey! How you gonna casually bully me yet you’re carrying my own face? This is not fair!"

"I feel like I’m reprimanding my own self, huh?"

Of course, Liam was not going to take the twins actions lying low because the man immediately started complaining, strings of complaints, quite a number of words that made Jane only rolled her eyes because she felt that indeed this man was just being so dramatic.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how Liam just got replaced in his own family by his own twins!

Although the twins wanted to be in their mother’s arms, they could tell that she was not well, and therefore, even though they were put in her arms, they tried to nestle themselves in ways that won’t hurt their mother in any way.

In short, they made sure that they were between her armpit and the side of her body, laying their heads on her breasts as they even tried latching by them selves and immediately delving in a world of pure sweetness so that she won’t have to exert a lot of pressure holding them.

Jane had naturally noticed their intentions, and she couldn’t help but fondly touched their cheeks, wanting to really lift them and kiss them but she tried to stop herself because she knew she had exerted enough pressure already.

"Papa. Mama. Fwood."

Aston impatiently mumbled in a loud voice, as if reminding their father what his actual job in this place was. Otherwise, he had just interrupted a session that he was not supposed to interrupt.

Liam just shook his head at his twins antics because he felt like the coming days in this house were about to be tough for him. He felt like he was being replaced as the man of the house. That was so unfair.

Before he could feed her once again, he immediately realized that he had not even raised the curtains, and the man therefore headed towards the window and the moment he raised the curtains, he heard a very huge gasp from Jane.

"Wow! we moved!!"

"Do we have a pool?"

"Now I wanna go outside. This is so beautiful here!"

"Come here my love. Let me give you a kiss. You did so well!"

The more she looked at the garden beside her, the more proud she felt of her man. This man provided them with everything they ever needed.

From a first glance she could tell that this is the garden that she had always mentioned to her husband. The type of garden that was always in her dreams and thoughts and one that fit into her comfort zone.

Liam proudly walked towards her direction to receive his kiss, his reward, knowing very well that there were more to come.

They had just kissed and the man intended to actually extend the kiss when tiny hands started pushing his chest away and making him bite his wife’s lips instead, as if telling her that this was her fault.

"You babied them too much. Look at them trying to bully their own father. Don’t you know that you’re supposed to act like grown men to protect your parents and not trying to separate your parents from each other??"

The man immediately stood, his hands akimbo as he started lecturing the twins In sync.

The twins, being lectured, instead just stared at their father, as if they were wondering why this man was so speechy today. But as long as he did not bother them with his speechy speeches, then they were completely good to go.

Despite the fact that he felt his sons were being unfair to him, Liam loved every single moment of their interaction because he wanted his wife to finally have the opportunity to bond with their children the same way he did.

And he equally felt good seeing his children solely depend on their mother, an action that made his heart, deep down feel so bubbly and so happy. Finally, they got to have that mother son bond that he had wished for a very long time.

"You’re welcome, my love. Let me just feed you as you watch this beautiful scenery. And of course, as this two rascals find a way to doze off because you’re not preventing me from feeding your mother."

Liam spoke as he took the bowls and sat very much closer to Jane, speaking about three things in one. But of course the twins knew what he was here to do, so they didn’t bother with him but started to instead, gurgle while speaking incoherent words as they giggled from time to time, still nestled in their mother’s chest as they breastfed from time to time.

Jane enjoyed the VIP feeding service. The more Liam went on, the more she felt so smiley because despite the fact that this food was meant to be simple as it nourished her body and of course give her strength due to her sudden breastfeeding, it was so sweet.

One couldn’t even compare it to the normal bland food that the doctor would say, because her husband always found a way to make everything exciting and beautiful.

"I just want to recover fast because now I miss lamb chops. So much!!"

Liam slightly chuckled the moment his wife mentioned the lamb chops because he knew how much she was obsessed with his lamb chops especially it being the first meal that he has ever made her.

To him it felt like Magic or it felt like something so beautiful. Lamb chops are the biggest significance in their relationship and no one would tell them otherwise.

While the two were busy smooching each other and enjoying the time that they had, they didn’t realize that the outside world was an equal chaos due to yesterday’s banquet.

With the fall of the Li family in just a night came the fear and more fright towards Liam and the Yang family because they realized that this man won’t play around when it comes to his woman.

The news that was going around was the fact that Liam had immediately dealt with the whole family chain simply because the head of the Li family had insulted his wife.

Despite the fact that all this was done due to the fact that Jane was insulted, most of the women immediately gained quite a number of courage because they wanted to have that kind of protection, they wanted to have that kind of man and despite the quiet number of warnings that were being sent their way, they did not bother to give up because they felt that they needed this man and they should have him as theirs. After all, they can’t be really compared to a comatose woman now can they? That is like an insult!
