CHAPTER 309: WARMING UP TO EACH OTHER

Father Lu, who was supposed to be mad that he was being lectured by his daughter, grinned from ear to ear because he needed such a lecture. And of course, as long as it came from the beautiful daughter that he had missed, then he had no problem.

His reaction made the rest of them rolled their eyes because Sir, you’re supposed to be serious. Not grinning from ear to ear!

You just lost quite a chunk of flesh and of weight. Your daughter is lecturing you and you’re smiling?

Jane couldn’t help but helplessly smile because she realized that her father was not even following on what she was telling him. Instead, the man was just happy to be there, just happy to see her, and she just sighed as she turned to look at the people at the back.

She looked at both her grandparents from her side and her in laws side and she couldn’t help but rushed towards them and pull all four of them in a hug because she felt like they had aged so much and she felt so guilty for making them worry from time to time. Of course, she was already planning on how she was going to make it up to them.

"Grandma. Grandpa, I’m so sorry. I’m back. I am so sorry."

She continuously apologized, only for her to feel a light and gentle pat on her hair from Grandpa Yang, who reminded her that she had nothing to feel guilty about. Instead, she should be happy that she conquered a coma.

"Silly child, All is well. Why are you troubled? Why are you troubling yourself? Look at you. You’re back. You look healthy. You look glowing. Why won’t you be happy? I feel like all the trouble you had gone through all this nine months is worth it. Because if this is how we see you. It is worth it."

The other three nodded in agreement to Grandma Lu’s words, because, according to them, someone who just woke up from a coma, was not this active, or was not even be able to walk around or even do quite a number of things the same same day they woke up. Instead they would still be in bed, to catch up on their energy and everything. But here she was, looking so glowy, looking so alive, looking so healthy. Of course they would be happy and not a single word of complaint."

Of course, after comforting the elders for quite a few minutes, Jane felt someone hug her back and the moment she turned, she was completely engulfed in a beautiful hug as the person hugging her made sure her head rested on her chest.

At the moment Jane felt like she had gone back to being a baby because of how her mother-in-law was treating her, it was just so beautiful!

"My baby girl is back. You’re back, my little love. Your mom is so happy. I am so happy that you’re back!"

Mother Yang helplessly and continuously peppered her with mother kisses, making Jane just blush as she laid her head on mother Yang’s chest, right where it had been put, feeling so good, feeling so stuffed up, and feeling so happy.

Because for one, her mother-in-law had a very beautiful scent, so of course the scent and her aura were making her senses and everything just feel so relaxed, and of course the love of her mother-in-law is one that could be equated to the love of one’s own mother, and Jane got to experience both these types of love at the same time, Of course she would be experienced so as to love her future daughter-in-law and her kids in a similar manner.

"I’m sorry, Mom, but I’m back. I’m back to take care of your son. I’m back to take care of your grandkids. I’m back to take care of all of you."

Jane had to whisper to reassure her mother-in-law because she felt like every mother in the world would want the best for their kids. And now that she is one, of course she would want nothing but the best for Alaric and Aston. And knowing how much Liam had changed over nine months, she knows how Mother Yang was the most affected because she couldn’t even show any affection to her son.

But now that she is back, she knows one of the most relieved people in the room in the room is mother yang because the biggest fact is that her son is going back to normal, and of course, her grandchildren will be able to get and experienced early childhood alongside their mother.

Jane then proceeded to hug all the other madames of the Zhang family, of the Mo family and the Mu family alongside the Huang elders, alongside Rebecca and aunt Emily, who lovingly welcomed her back, and even gave her some pats and encouragement on how if she needed anything, she could always look for them because they were ready and here to help.

After finally giving the elders the respect, Jane turned to her peers and the moment she turned them, the girl impulsively jumped on Rose, who hugged her back, and one could hear the two tears of happiness between the two best friends because they missed each other so much.

Of course, Chloe, Mary and Nicole alongside their men immediately joined into the hug, and of course they made sure to make Jane remember how much they missed her.

The boys immediately retreated as the girls started pampering her with kisses, pampering her with kisses all over, reminding her that they had missed her so much and that they were happy that she is finally back.

Of course the kids were the ones who were most amazed because they felt like this is their auntie that they saw sleeping, but now she is awake and even making their mummies cry. They didn’t know how to feel about it, only if they knew that the twins were feeling the same about everyone else here.

Their mother was just okay, but once they came, she started crying. They were not happy at all!

After greeting everyone else and laughing together from time to time, Jane finally turned her attention to the three little girls who were looking at her curiously, and this reminded the parents to introduce each one of them to Jane, and the more she looked at the beautiful girls, the more she just wanted to pinch their chubby cheeks because they were so cuteeee!!

"Oh, so beautiful."

"Oh...bwiwiful..."

Jane spoke at the same time with Chloe and Ryan’s daughter, but her pronunciation was a little bit of making everyone in the room laugh because, well, they always say that miss girl did not represent her mother or her father, but she was a small version of Jane in every way and now that the two are officially meeting, well, they could say that she is more than Jane. In fact, it’s like Jane is a counterfeit of her own self.

But of course the twins were having none of it because they felt like their father was so unreliable at the moment as they struggled to crawl out of his hands intending to go pick their mother themselves.

"Wife. Please come here, these little beings will.... Hmm. Just let me just keep quiet. I think you need to pacify your twins because they feel like you are about to be stolen by somebody else."

Liam was really trying to find the most polite words to use, but towards his stubborn kids and his wife, he didn’t know what to say any more and just said what’s going into his mind, making everyone in the room wants to laugh loud because they felt like Liam was fighting against himself due to the amount of his own genes that were dominating in the Twins.

Jane immediately rushed back to the twin’s side, and the moment she picked them up, they all buried their little heads on the crook of her neck on both sides, making everyone else Aww at the situation, while Liam wore jealous and a bitter smile, making them want to burst out in laughter because they were all here for the drama and the competition between father and sons.

Afterwards, the twins started complaining and reporting Liam to their mother in incoherent but understandable statements, making Liam stand in shock as he shook his head, trying to defend himself and the rest of the family couldn’t help but laugh because they had missed seeing such a situation. If they thought that the girls disciplined their mothers and fathers, well then these twins really had Liam on a death chokehold.

"Alaric Aston, be good, okay? This is your dad. Without him, you wouldn’t be here. Okay Loves. Okay? Good boys! Mama will give you some cake later, be good boys."

Jane carefully pacified the babies, who in turn nodded , agreeing with their mother because they knew their mother was just so beautiful and she couldn’t trick them in any way. If only they knew...
