CHAPTER 24: STEALING A MAN IN SECRET

Chi Yu’s expression was cold; since Sheng Yi was blocking his way, he bypassed him, bent over, and placed a hand on Dao An’s shoulder, "You..."

As soon as these words were spoken, Sheng Yi’s face turned green.

Dao An, who was standing with his back turned, twitched uncontrollably, praying for mercy, as he was just a worker.

Sheng Yi coldly glanced at Li Yan, "If you can’t speak properly, then keep your mouth shut."

"You think I’m curious? I’m just really here looking for the bathroom," Li Yan said.

Sheng Yi pointed ahead, "The bathroom is further on, go back."

Li Yan actually retreated, moving so quickly it made Sheng Yi suspect she was going back to spread rumors!!!

Let her say what she wants, who would believe it?

Sheng Yi maintained his stance, "I believe I’ve made myself clear, I’ve even dismissed the photographer, please do not disturb me."

Chi Yu turned to see a group walking over, including the village chief, Yu Yang, Lin Xijiang, and some photographers left behind.

He wasn’t concerned.

He prepared to press down the handle and open the door.

"The warehouse is the orchard’s important hub, don’t loiter there," the village chief immediately noticed the young man at the warehouse door and shouted to stop him.

All the tools and machines in the warehouse were purchased with Yanyan’s money. With these tools and machinery, weeding and fertilizing the orchard were made much easier, and even future yields were no longer a worry, so everyone had protected this place well. Only Yanyan and those professionally operating the machines were allowed entry, others were prohibited.

The village chief quickly hurried over, breathless, "Feel free to look around nearby, but the warehouse is off-limits."

Chi Yu raised his eyes calmly, "What if I must go in?"
