Lillian saw his reluctance and mentally called him a softie at heart. She tiptoed and nted a kiss on his lips. “Chase, you’re the nicest. Just help me, please?”

Chase’s face flushed. He pulled his hand free, grabbed a dart, and started aiming though his voice was still grumpy. “Hmph. Just this once.”

“Okay, go get them,” Lillian cooed, half–heartedly.

Her words made his heart race, his cheeks growing even redder.

He took a deep breath, steadied himself, kept his eyes fixed on the dartboard, and quickly threw the dart.

It went into the target with a thwip.

Lillian pped loudly, cheering him on. But when she saw which dish Chase had hit, her voice suddenly cut off. “Yes! You nailed it. You’re amaz… Wait, why is it a milkshake?”

Chase’s face darkened. Without thinking, he said, “A miss. Let me try again.” Then he quickly picked up a second dart and threw it.

It went into the target with a thwip and nailed a dish too, but it was pizza.

This time, Lillian looked at him with clear doubt. “Are you sure that wasn’t on purpose?”

Chase got annoyed. “Who’d do that on purpose? Just wait. I will definitely nail kebab with pita with

    thest dart.”

He picked up the dart, stared hard at the dartboard, and after several seconds, threw it carefully. It nailed a chicken dish, but not kebab with pita. It was tequ–lime chicken with chili.

“Hmph, that’s your best? Is this what you told me about being good at darts?” All three dishes she wanted were missed. Plus Chase’s earlier arrogant attitude, Lillian couldn’t help but sneer.

Chase turned and walked off with a dark face. He was clearly a bit upset.

b“/bUh, this tequ–lime chicken with chili is really good too. We got a special chef to make it. No lie,” Raymond said, stepping in to smooth things over when the mood turned stiff.

Lillian watched Chase storm off and felt a little regret for blurting out those words without thinking

She looked at Raymond and asked, “Raymond, can I get my dinner now? And can we eat it

    wherever we want?

She was actually nning to take the food and gofort Chase, who’d been upset.

    7:22 pm P

“Sure. All the dinners are in the kitchen. Just grab yours,” Raymond said.

“Okay,” Lillian replied, turning to head to the kitchen for the food.

After seeing off the bickering couple, Raymond quickly spoke up to get Connor on stage. He wanted to liven up the mood again. “Now, let’s wee our second contestant.”

Connor stepped forward calmly. Sabrina stayed where she was, waiting.

Noticing this, Raymond couldn’t help teasing, “Ms. Benson surely has faith in Mr. Maddox.”

Sabrina smiled when she heard that. “Yes, I trust he won’t let me down. But even if he fails, it’s okay. I’m not picky.”

When the live stream viewers heard this, they all said they loved the chemistry.

The menu on the dartboard had been refilled. Connor took a look. He turned back and gave Sabrina a big smile. “Sabrina, just wait and see. I’ll make sure you get to try the special dishes here tonight.”

With that, he turned, picked up a dart, and flicked his wrist. He aimed right for the menu on the dartboard.

The dart went into the target with a thwip.

“Wow, kebab with pita. Nice one, Mr. Maddox,” Raymond said, impressed as he looked at the menu that had been hit.

Raymond thought, ‘He nailed a special dish as he said. He definitely has skills.

Sabrina smiled softly. She picked up the second dart and threw it, sessfully nailing the taco.

Seeing this, the viewers got even more excited. Thements section was flooded with messages about Sabrina and Connor doting on each other.

At the show site, Connor had already got two special dishes. He looked at the remaining menu and quickly made his choice.

Thest dart shot out fast. It finallynded in the bottom corner of the dartboard with a thwip
