"Miss Riley, I think you should be able to tell that I don’t really want to have too much to do with you."

Probably not expecting Charlotte to say this so directly, Riley was slightly taken aback.

But Riley chose to shake her head, "I don’t know."

She lowered her head slightly, her lashes shading her eyes, preventing Charlotte from seeing her expression clearly.

"In that case, I think Miss Riley should focus on her career and choose to stay away from unnecessary trouble."

With that, Charlotte was about to walk past Riley.

"But what if I say... the matter I want to discuss is related to Annie Anne?"

Hearing this, Riley reached out to tug on the strand of hair by her ear, giving a slight smile to Charlotte.

"Looks like I really have no reason to refuse."
