"Miss Thompson, you’re here."

Mr. Alexander immediately walked to the door to greet Charlotte Thompson.

Everyone else in the room also looked up and turned their gaze to Charlotte as she entered, except Riley Thompson, who stood frozen in place.

"Not at all, Miss Thompson, you came just at the right time. Everyone is here now." Mr. Alexander chuckled softly and then stepped aside to make room for Charlotte.

However, just as Charlotte was about to sit down, Riley snapped out of her daze and exclaimed at Charlotte in surprise.

"Charlotte, what are you doing here!"

Riley’s voice drew everyone’s attention, but a few people were clearly anticipating a good show.

Many in the room were here because of the high-profile TV drama.

They were uncertain about who the investors were and wanted to use this gathering to find out.

At this point in the production crew, everyone was present except the male lead and the investors.

When Riley first walked in, many doubted she would be the female lead, as her status seemed too low for such a role.

But when they saw Charlotte enter next, their thoughts changed immediately.
