I know I bhad /ba bdream /bof that realm again. But for some reason, I can’t remember what it was about.
“Love, you ready?” Cal asks from where he is balready /bsitting up..

hair.
“This morning is going to suck,” I think to Beren. She just snickers at me as continues to rest. Lucky wolf, I want to scoff as I step out of the bathroom. bCal /bnods his head before he is leading me out of
my room.
I follow him, resolute in my fate that I am about to run for the next two hours. I quickly run back into my y room and kiss Mark’s cheek. He mumbles something as he rolls over and going back to sleep. Chuckling, I nce at the clock on the wall as we walk outside. b5:00 /ba.m., it reads.
“We running again?” I ask as I start to stretch this time. Yesterday, not stretching had sucked.
“Yes,” he smirks at me as he also does some light stretches. Cal then takes off in a jog.
Rolling my eyes, I take off after him. “Why not run a trail?” I ask as I catch up.
“To close to a border, and until we have more information about the rogue attack, we will run in
town,” he replies.

I nod my head in understanding. I would have loved to run in the forest, but I understand the reason why I can’t. I missed the forest while I was trapped inside.
‘Ask about talking with our Thomas and Matie,‘ Beren tells me.
“bBeren /band I want to know when will be able to talk with Marie and Thomas?” I ask I keep up with
my mate.
Cal ignores my question as he keeps on jogging. He speeds up.
I roll my beyes /bbas /bI follow him, speeding up as well. I notice that it’s a little easier than it bwas /byesterday. Who knew? It most likely is due to my wolf heritage, but I’m not going toin.
But too soon my breathing isbored. I am struggling to keep up. I slow down to the fast w. had done yesterday. I try to catch my breath.
My eyes widen as Cal doesn’t notice that I amgging behind. He is still running his fast–paced jog. Either my question threw him for ba/b–loop, or he is mad at me. I sigh at him. He is ignoring me now.
Cal speeds up, leaving me way behind. I stop in the middle of the sidewalk and gawk. Now I’m mad

at him. Cal is pouting and he left me behind. Mister, I need to stay with him, Mark, or Sam at all times, left me behind. I really wish that I could mind blink /bright now.
Since I can’t, I focus on my irritation at him. I then force my irritation through the mate bond. Beren helps by forcing her irritation, as well, through our bond.
Calyx is over five blocks away from me before he stops running. He turns sharply and looks for me. can see panic in his features as he looks for me.
I take my time walking towards him. He can live with the panic for a few more seconds.
“Ama, you were supposed to stay with me,” he growls. “You have to stay with me.”
“Oh
no, you do not get to me me,” I growl in irritation that he had audacity to me me, like it was my fault I got left behind. “I slowed down when you kept running because I needed a breather. You then started to run faster and left me behind.”
“Why didn’t you say something?” Cal growls at me.
When bwas /bI supposed to bsay /bsomething? You started to ignore me and then left me!” I yell at him. I don’t care that we are bmaking /ba scene in the middle of town at 5:30 a.m.
Cal takes ba /bdeep breath. “I’m sorry, but you have to keep up. You can’t be left behind,” he bsays /birritatedly.
“Oh nob, /bI bwas /bkeeping up until you sped up. I had trouble breathing and so I slowed down. You then started running and left me behind!” I scream at him as I jab my finger into his chest. “You do not get to me me for you being mad! bWorst /bof all, you bmissed /bwhy I am mad!”
bA /bstupefied look overtakes his features, it’s bas /bif he did not know why I was so mad. I watch as the gears turn in his head to try and figure out what is wrong.
Beren and I let out growls of irritation at our mate. “Mind link bSam /bor Mark because I bam /bgoing home,” I order in frustration as I start to stomp off.
“Where are you going?” bCal /bdemands as he walks after me.
“I’m going home to my other mate who is not pissed at me or just pissed me off,” I shout as I keep stomping back towards home,
