Viscount Zhou drove the car back to Cloud Pavilion Garden.

Ursa Miller had already prepared the dinner. Seeing the two of them return, she put the dishes on the table, and Viscount Zhou's habit of dropping by for meals had become routine.

During the meal, Aurelia Shaw's phone rang several times. She only glanced at it the first time and didn't look at it again afterward.

Viscount Zhou bit his chopsticks, finding the food tasteless. After a long inner struggle, he finally asked, "Who sent the text message?"

"An insignificant person," Aurelia Shaw said casually.

Viscount Zhou's expression grew more conflicted. Watching Aurelia Shaw's calm demeanor while she ate, he felt as if his heart was being tickled by a cat's paw, unbearably conflicted.

"Just leave after eating," Aurelia Shaw put down her chopsticks, taking her phone into the room.

"Aurelia!" Viscount Zhou suddenly stood up, took two steps to catch up with her, grabbing her wrist and pulling her into the living room, "Didn't you say you wanted to practice drinking? Today, let's have a drink! I found two good bottles to celebrate your soon-to-be film wrap-up."

Aurelia Shaw frowned slightly and looked at him suspiciously, feeling he had some odd intentions.

Viscount Zhou tossed his keys into Ursa Miller's arms, his two tiger teeth showing in a smile, "Ursa, go to my place and bring those two bottles of liquor over."

"Oh."

Soon, Ursa returned with the bottles and brought glasses for the two of them.

Viscount Zhou poured two glasses of wine, "Here, tonight I'll keep you company until we're both drunk."

Aurelia Shaw glanced at the alcohol in his hand, then her gaze moved up to settle on his face.

A hint of awkwardness flashed across Viscount Zhou's face, perhaps due to the alcohol, as his cheeks were slightly flushed, "Wha...what's the matter?" he asked.

"You're a bit strange today." Aurelia Shaw scrutinized him again, concluding decisively that Viscount Zhou seemed to have something on his mind today.

"What could be strange about me?" Viscount Zhou averted his gaze and pushed the glass toward her again, "Hurry and drink, usually when you want me to drink with you, I'm not willing. If you miss this chance, there won't be another like it." After saying this, he gave her another look.

Indeed, Viscount Zhou was acting oddly today, but... she took the drink regardless, thinking that even if he was acting strange, he wouldn't harm her.

She held the drink close to her nose for a sniff; even without knowing much about alcohol, she could recognize the rich aroma as high-quality.

She clinked glasses with Viscount Zhou and took a sip, the strong taste burning her throat, causing her face to wrinkle, and her brow to furrow tightly.

"Haha." Viscount Zhou laughed loudly at the sight, "No need to drink so quickly. Tonight I'll drink with you until we're happy; we'll stop when we're drunk. With this girl here, there's no need to worry about any incidents." He raised his brows and gave Ursa Miller a glance.

Ursa Miller, suddenly mentioned, snapped back to attention, her heart skipping a beat as she nodded awkwardly.

"Shut your mouth and drink." Aurelia Shaw proactively clinked glasses with him and took another big sip. Unlike the previous time, she wasn't as adverse to it now; the burn quickly subsided while the alcohol took effect, "No scenes tomorrow, so I'll drink to my heart's content tonight."

"It's me drinking with you," Viscount Zhou corrected her.

Aurelia Shaw chuckled, "It's all the same."

-

Aurelia Shaw wasn't a big drinker; after just two glasses she was drunk, reclining crookedly on the sofa, her seaweed-like, long black hair splaying out and covering half of her slender body.

She curled up like a baby, sucking on her fingers.

Viscount Zhou, his face flushed, chuckled foolishly, then gestured to Ursa Miller to bring a blanket over. He stood up shakily, then crouched in front of the sofa, using his fingers to gently lift the stray hair from her face, revealing her exquisite, captivating features underneath.
