CHAPTER 261: CHAPTER 260: LOCKED UP 2

The eight people were clearly awake, as Luciel could see some of them moving slowly.

He also saw two people who were leaning on the other side of the wall staring at them.

Luciel didn’t want to stay tied up, as they were bound too tightly with ropes and metal chains, so he immediately began controlling the vine on his wrist.

He enlarged the vine and then controlled it to remove his metal chain hanging on the wall.

Afterwards, he grew slimmer vines and controlled them to the lock of the metal chains binding his upper body.

The lock is behind him, so he carefully controlled the vines to the lock and started controlling the vine to enter the keyway.

After successfully removing all the metal chains in his body, he controlled the vine to get the dagger in his boots and put it in his hand.

When he got the dagger, he immediately started cutting the ropes that were binding his hand and upper body.

The dagger he had was very sharp, so he quickly cut the ropes even though they were actually thick.

When parts of the ropes were cut, it loosened, so Luciel just moved his arms, and his upper body was finally free from the things that were binding him.

After he finally cut the ropes binding his legs, he moved a bit before standing up to stretch more.

He just stretched his hands and feet a bit before he went to check the condition of the people with him.

The people who brought them weren’t gentle in handling them at all. He could still feel the slight pain in his body from being roughly carried and thrown to the floor.

He checked the kids first and made sure that they didn’t have any external wounds before looking at Dan and the others.

"Wow, you’re really good at controlling your ability," one of the men leaning on the wall said in praise.

The voice wasn’t very loud, but it was still very clear, and it was obvious that he really meant it.

Of course his control of his plant abilities was very good because he had been using them for seven years already.

Unfortunately, we still ended up here because of the drugs.

So, can you tell me what is happening in this base?"

"You guys came from the north base?" the man asked eagerly.

"Yes, me and the kids are from the north base. We were originally going back to the north base after finishing our mission, but unfortunately, we got separated from the main team because of the earthquake.

The other people with me aren’t from the north base, but they were traveling with us because they wanted to go to the north base.

Why are you asking?"

"I’m a soldier from the north base; unfortunately, I and my unit were also separated.

We are already near here, so we went here to ask if they have a map so that we could clearly see where we are because we aren’t that familiar with the north yet.

We are originally the units sent to check if there are more survivors so that they could be rescued.
