Stretching lazily, Ning Chu pushed open the front door.

She tiptoed past her brother, moving quietly toward her bedroom, planning to—like always—pretend she had just woken up.

But before she got far, she heard a sound from the master bedroom, and then her mother stepped out.

Surprisingly, her mom didn’t say a word about her staying out all night again. The two of them just locked eyes for a moment, their expressions awkward and complicated, then quickly looked away.

It’s too awkward...

Ning Chu wasn’t as experienced as her mom. Her skin was thin, so her face instantly burned bright red.

“I’ll make breakfast. Don’t fall asleep.”

“Mm.”

She slipped into her room and collapsed onto the bed, looking utterly lifeless.

God, did her mom hear her last night...?

That so-called “succubus-certified” hotel really was nice: clean, cheap, hygienic, and even came with... special furniture for trying new positions. Too bad it also had the hidden danger of occasionally meeting her mother there at night.

And no matter how good the soundproofing was, it couldn’t withstand Wen Yang’s relentless assaults. That was when Ning Chu realized something: back when they were at the rented apartment, Wen Yang had been holding back on her out of concern that she’d disturb the neighbors.

But in the hotel, he wasn’t nearly so considerate. Add in that weird chair... it was insane.

She had honestly felt like she was just one step away from being one of those mind broken heroines on those NTR doujin.

It was like her internal organs were about to get shifted out of place...

Rubbing her sore stomach, Ning Chu lay on her back, staring blankly at the ceiling.

What was wrong with her…?

She always started out resisting, determined not to let herself fall completely into lust. But every night, she lost control. And every morning, she regretted it all over again. After being pulled back and forth like this, she’d basically been molded into Wen Yang’s shape...

Since she couldn’t resist, might as well just give in. Whatever~

Suddenly, a little head plopped down onto her stomach. Black Bean had crawled onto the bed, lying sideways on her. Her little nose twitched as she sniffed.

“Big Sis~ you didn’t come home again last night.”

“When did Mom come back?”

“I dunno. I fell asleep watching TV.” Black Bean’s eyes lit up. “But I can smell Brother-in-law again! You slept with him last night!”

How!? She took a shower! Twice!!

Ning Chu's cheeks flamed red as she shot Black Bean a furious glare.

“It’s faint, but it smells like fish~”

Ning Chu stiffened, then quickly remembered that only succubi could smell that sweet, addictive scent from Wen Yang. Other people would probably just catch a faintly fishy odor, nothing pleasant at all.

“Stop messing around. I’m resting for a bit.”

It was the second day of the new year. Normally, they’d be heading to their grandparents’ house in the countryside. But since her grandparents had already come by yesterday, there was no need.

Ning Juan's voice soon called out from the kitchen for breakfast. Black Bean immediately jumped up and ran out of the bedroom, while Ning Chu followed slowly, glancing at Ning Yuan sprawled on the couch.

These past few days, his schedule was completely messed up—always staying up late and waking early. Luckily, he could still sneak a nap in Ning Chu’s room at noon.

“Mom, since Grandpa already came by yesterday, we’re not going back to visit, right?”

Ning Chu sat at the dining table, sipping warm milk while looking at her mom expectantly.

“Mm.”

The two of them silently agreed to bury the memory of what happened at the hotel last night and pretend it never existed.

“Then I’ll take Ning Xin to see a movie today,” Ning Yuan said with a yawn. “Do you two want to come?”

“No thanks, there’s nothing I want to watch.”

Mom boyfriend wasn’t at breakfast—he must have left last night.

“When you go to the movies, don’t buy her popcorn or snacks. They have too many calories, and she doesn’t even like them,” Ning Juan reminded.

Black Bean was greedy, but only when it came to meat—seafood, beef, lamb, chicken, duck, anything was fine. As for junk food like chips, spicy strips, or soda, she wasn’t interested.

Eating breakfast while scrolling her phone, Ning Chu suddenly noticed that her class group chat—quiet for ages—had exploded with activity last night.

It was her old high school class group chat…

Everyone had gone their separate ways, but since it was the New Year, many had returned home. Yesterday, they had been planning a class reunion and even got the homeroom teacher’s support.

Ning Chu’s brows furrowed as she scrolled through hundreds of messages from top to bottom. With each line, her mood sank deeper and deeper.

After arriving in this world, she had sometimes wondered what her old best friends had become, or whether the girl she once secretly liked had grown cat ears… But now, she herself was a girl.

Her entire social circle from before college was completely cut off from her. The first seventeen years of her life felt like nothing more than a dream. She couldn’t even remember clearly what her old male face looked like anymore.

If the “him” who had first crossed over could see the succubus she had become now—head filled with lewd thoughts, every night pinned beneath a man’s body—he would never believe that this was his future self.

It felt like she had betrayed herself. Or worse, like she had personally killed herself. Body and soul, she was no longer the same person at all.

Lowering her gaze, Ning Chu finished the last sip of milk, then walked straight back into her room.

Her mood suddenly collapsed into a heavy, suffocating gloom. Her whole body felt cold and weak, leaving her with no desire to do anything at all—just lie there.

Black Bean’s ears twitched. She turned her head to watch her sister’s retreating back.

Her big eyes blinked in confusion as she asked their mom, “Mom, Sis suddenly looks really sad. Why?”

“Is it her period?” Ning Juan asked casually.

“Doesn’t seem like it. I don’t smell any blood.”

Black Bean tilted her head in worry. “Then… did Big Brother bully her?”

“Don’t drag me into this.” Ning Yuan rolled his eyes. “I just woke up, barely said two words to her. How could I bully her?”

“Then it couldn’t be Brother-in-law, right? He wouldn’t bully her?”

“Why not?”

Ning Juan glanced at the closed bedroom door and, smiling playfully, said to Black Bean, “If your sister’s in a bad mood, then it’s time for our cute little kitten to make an entrance~”

“Yoh!”

Black Bean instantly perked up, her tail sticking straight up.

“Go cheer her up.”

“Okay!”

She hopped off her chair, shoved the last piece of grilled chicken wing into her mouth, her cheeks puffed out like a squirrel, then dashed straight into the bedroom.

“Always eating…” Ning Juan sighed helplessly. “She looks like she’s ten, but acts like a five-year-old.”

“In truth, she’s only half a year old.”

“I know… I just hope by September, when school starts, she’ll act a little more mature. Otherwise she’ll get picked on.”

Resting her chin in her palm, Ning Juan turned to Ning Yuan. “Why do you think Ning Chu’s upset? Did you kick her under the table?”

“I didn’t!”

“You used to do that all the time when you were little, just to make her mad.”

“I’m twenty-four now, okay? I don’t do childish stuff like that anymore.”

Their mom frowned, still puzzled. As she cleared the leftovers off the table, she muttered, “She seemed happy enough last night…”

‘They are so loud…’

Even though they were two rooms away from hers, she could still vaguely hear her daughter moan and cries. Wen Yang must have “rewarded” her plenty—it didn’t sound like dissatisfaction at all.

“Last night? Weren’t you both out?” Ning Yuan asked.

Without changing expression, Ning Juan smoothly explained, “I meant at dinner last night.”
