Another armed helicopter crashed from the sky.

The monster hid behind a building, prompting other armed helicopters to close in for tracking, unknowingly giving it a chance to attack, using a thick iron pole to strike down a helicopter.

Su Ziyu lost sight of the target but kept shooting systematically. The Anti-Material Sniper Rifle’s power penetrated walls, repeatedly hitting the super mutant, though the damage of bullets weakened, unable to achieve initial attack effects.

Su Ziyu wondered if it was his illusion.

He felt the monster getting smarter, knowing to find cover and even lure helicopters to lower altitude.

Su Ziyu watched surprised, mouth agape, as the monster circled a collapsed house, using tentacles to lift a scrap car, charging at Su Ziyu with it as a shield, seemingly wanting to eliminate the annoying sniper.

"It’s coming!"

"Should we retreat?" Zoe’s voice sounded panicked.

The building seemed sturdy, but a collision from the super mutant would collapse it. Those in Exoskeleton Power Armor couldn’t withstand, let alone Su Ziyu without protection. The Brotherhood couldn’t stop it; Power Armor seemed like paper before it, only the armed helicopters’ fire support stopping total annihilation of the combat team.

But there’s no time to escape.

In Southern Cross, even radiation giants couldn’t be outrun by Su Ziyu; now, running from the super mutant was impossible, catching him was only a matter of time.

"Calm down."

"Have the Brotherhood suppress it with firepower! Use missiles to try to destroy the car in its hands!" Su Ziyu took a deep breath, and said slowly.

Initially, the monster moved tracking helicopters, making aiming difficult for Su Ziyu, but now it was charging with car wreckage, moving in a straight line, making aiming much easier.

He prepared to take a gamble.
