CHAPTER 99: CHAPTER 16: FEMALE SORCERER MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION 2
More than ten people have gradually arrived at this secluded manor.
Night falls.
The female warlocks have prepared a grand feast, but Alice was nowhere to be seen after dark, no one knows where she’s gone.
Today, it’s Daisy accompanying Su Ziyu. However, she seems unable to keep the others in check. As soon as Su Ziyu arrives in the hall, three beautiful women in gowns approach him. One of them, a bold red-haired female warlock, gives him an enthusiastic hug and says, "Thank you for avenging Jenny!"
"My name is Judy. This is Nicole and Mira."
Su Ziyu is a little bewildered by this passionate embrace, and before he can react, the red-haired female warlock gives him a passionate kiss.
The sound of playful laughter from other women is faintly heard.
But the red-haired female warlock doesn’t care about this at all, not even glancing at Daisy whose eyebrows are furrowed nearby. She smiles and gestures to the other two female warlocks to bring the items in their hands, which she presents to Su Ziyu with both hands, thanking him wholeheartedly, "This is a gift we prepared for you."
"Thank you very much for willing to lend a helping hand!"
With a bit of lipstick on his lips, Su Ziyu looks somewhat awkward, not yet used to the fiery enthusiasm of the female warlocks.
But soon his gaze is drawn to the gift Judy presents—a long sword with a very ornate design. A thumb-sized fiery red gem is embedded in the hilt, and the sheath is engraved with many strange patterns. This sword looks distinctive, its color is different from other swords, with a very striking dark red blade.
"This sword was forged with the Heart of Meteorite Iron," Judy smiles, presenting the sword to Su Ziyu with both hands and says, "The three of us collaborated on its enchantment, giving it sharpness and tenacity far beyond other weapons."
"It can also harm demon spirits directly like a silver sword."
Su Ziyu solemnly reaches out to take the long sword, draws it with a metallic clang, and asks, "What is the name of this sword?"
"Meteor," answers Nicole, the petite female warlock whose height only reaches Su Ziyu’s shoulder, with light golden hair and bright eyes, her voice slightly childlike.
Beside her, Mira, the other female warlock, remains very quiet, curiously scrutinizing Su Ziyu up and down.
"Thank you," Su Ziyu expresses his gratitude.
This sword is indeed unusual, because as soon as Judy brought it out, it triggered anomalies in the data stream, indicating that it belongs to the Curiosity Level of weapon.
"Curiosity: Meteor."
"Function: A weapon forged with Meteorite Essence, lightweight and nimble, possessing sharpness and tenacity far beyond other weapons. Enchantment enhancement—Sharpness, Tenacity, Evil Breaking, Elemental Enhancement [Fire]."
Undoubtedly.
This sword is much more formidable than Su Ziyu’s black dagger.
Seeing Su Ziyu satisfied with the sword, Judy couldn’t help but smile. Her eyes briefly glanced at the bracer on Su Ziyu’s hand, smiling, "Feel free to enjoy yourself. I hope you’ll like the feast I’ve prepared for you tonight."
With that, she left with the other two female warlocks.
Before leaving, Nicole, the petite female warlock, lifted the hem of her skirt and performed a very adorable lady’s curtsy toward Su Ziyu.
Most female warlocks come from the commoner class, but there are some who are born into nobility.
Judy’s strength may not match Alice’s, and might even be inferior to Daisy’s, but she has her own advantages—she is a very wealthy female warlock. Whether it’s Judy, Nicole, or Mira, they all wear rather expensive jewelry, especially the large ruby pendant on Judy’s chest; its value alone might surpass Van Helsing’s entire worth.
These three female warlocks seem somewhat distant from others, judging by their words and demeanor, it’s likely they come from noble families.
This manor is probably Judy’s as well.
Su Ziyu, holding Meteor, sat beside Van Helsing. The old fellow winked and made teasing expressions at him, lowered his voice asking, "How’s it feel? Do you feel the fiery passion?"
Speechless.
Su Ziyu gave him a sidelong glance, not bothering to answer such a question.
A faint fragrance wafts past.
A female warlock in a well-tailored black gown sits beside him, wearing a black embroidered lady’s hat, and even her neck is covered, her attire looks quite conservative.
"To you," the female warlock wearing black lace gloves raised her glass towards Su Ziyu.
Su Ziyu raised his glass slightly to nod acknowledgment.
He noticed that the lady’s right hand seems somewhat stiff, as if sensing Su Ziyu’s gaze, she put down the glass and removed her black lace glove, revealing a pair of hands scarred with burn marks. Her skin above the wrists is very fair and beautiful, but her palms are seriously burned, her right hand missing a pinky and a ring finger, the wounds looked as if they were severed by a sharp blade.
"An old wound from Trell," the female warlock smiled, unbuttoning her clothes to reveal severe burn scars from her neck down to her shoulder.
She raised her glass to Su Ziyu: "These are all left by [Blood Crow] - Claudette."
"Thank you very much for killing him for me!"
"My name is Elena, I mainly research alchemy."
She gently put down her glass and leaned in to give Su Ziyu a light kiss on the side of his face, thanking him again: "If you ever need a potion, feel free to come to me."
With that, she respectfully leaned away.
Su Ziyu didn’t know that [Blood Crow] - Claudette, but he should be one of the six witch hunters he saw that day. Many in the Female Sorcerer Mutual Aid Association have been pursued by witch hunters; some narrowly escape, but some aren’t so fortunate, and Elena is just one victim among many.
The avenged female warlocks seem relaxed, occasionally greeting Su Ziyu.
About ten minutes later.
Alice’s figure appeared outside the hall, soon followed by a female warlock in a red maple gown trimmed with gold, walking slowly inside. As soon as she appeared, all female warlocks quietly quieted down, then stood up to give a slight bow. Undoubtedly, she is the leader of the Female Sorcerer Mutual Aid Association, Lady Inid, renowned for over a century.
She is an Elf Warlock.
It’s said she’s lived for several hundred years, but for an elf spellcaster, such a long life journey is only a small fraction.
