CHAPTER 402: 402 THE DELEGATION FROM THEOCRACY

[El’s POV: ]

"The delegation from the theocracy is coming?"

"That’s what this letter says. And the one leading the delegation is the Sword of light."

"Oh? Is that so?"

I couldn’t help but smirk at this new development.

This was happening faster than we had expected but it was better to conclude this matter as quickly as possible.

There was no reason to drag this one thing too long and dragging it will just make things even more difficult for all of us.

"Thinking again, did you say there were some movements from those Temple bastards Raz?"

Nya, that is right. The ones that you say are part of this Temple thing had gathered a while back and they sent a Direct message to one of their followers.

"Hmmm... I knew they would move quickly, but they did not even wait for three months."

It has not been long since we finished with the emperor drama and the first year’s last exams.

It was vacation now but we still expected them to move after about two or so months.

But, well, this was better.

"Considering the conflict with the theocracy starts a year from now, we should be able to prepare enough to finish the pope off one sidedly.

The emperor ended up being much more profitable than what we expected."

After the death of the emperor, we received a lot of things that were too good for what we were planning to do from then on.

Not only did we receive some authority powers that we needed for the future use, we now possessed a shit ton of money from all the revenue we generated from the stream and the rewards for the epic and defeating the emperor were pretty great.

There was a reason this bastard of mine did things the way he did but in the end things turned out better than what we had expected.’

There actually were enough surplus on our end to make things even more spicy during my epic.

And truthfully, the pope was going to be a fun guy to fight against.

"How about we stream the whole thing with the Pope as well?"

"We can do that... but are you expecting me to look after the stream with that kind of public?"

"No fuck your shit head can handle that many people alone. But we have Anna. I trust her."

Anna was as smart as me so there should be no problem even if some higher factions of the worldline showed up for this shit.

The show is going to be pretty fun since I have already thought of many things so I’m already looking forward to the new things that we will experience in the new battle.

"Haaa... good. I want to enjoy this vacation a little longer."

"Yeah, well, you’ve earned it."

We were back to the lucky garden the first conqueror had left for us, his successors.

Now that the tough things were over we were enjoying the vacation with our people on this fun place and though there was a lot of commotion in the forest area, this top was as peaceful as the bottom of the dark ocean.

Looking back, there is no reason for us to worry about anything now that we are on this vacation.

Lucy was half naked, flexing his hot body under the fine sun, Raz was here, playing with Ana and Cary was out playing with his big dragon friend.

The members of gambit were all here and having fun as well while the Marciel family that we brought along were exploring the shrine area under us.

The system might give them some good things if they achieve good feats in there so we were looking forward to what they come out with.

’Not that they were going to reach the top. They were not yet ready to cross all the hurdles and obtain the rights of inheritance.

Besides, not even the members of Gambit could not get past a few floors of the shrine, those old otherworldly holy people were far from their level so they would take their sweet time with all the things and all the lore that was encrypted in the shrine.

"Haaa... Lucy, let’s fuck-."

"Yeah, no. I thought about it, and it doesn’t seem like doing things like that with my sister would-."

"Hey, bastard. We practically sleep together every night. What the hell are you up to?"

I mean, what was the point of having that sexy body and not using it. At least, if he was not going to do anything to me, it was only right for me to do things to him.

"Just strip down that short and lemme see that-."

"Stop it, El. There are children around."

"What children?"

Was he talking about the old ass kitten playing with a ball of wool? Or was he talking about the little bird that had been around since the dawn of light?

Cary wasn’t here right now so there was no child present, so... what freaking child he was talking about?

"You and me, silly. Aren’t we children?"

I just got up, got up to him, and hit the empty head of this bastard first.

Then, before he could run away anywhere, I sat down on his lap.

"You love getting punished, don’t you? Damn machochist."

He knew I was being serious but he was ruining the mood once again by spouting facts.

"I’m not a machochist. Though, you surely are a sadist."

"No I’m not. What bullshit is that?"

I obviously loved him a little too much and we did things that were morally questionable but a sadist? Me? Nah.

I just loved him a little too much.

I just wanted to strip him down and tie him down on a cool slab of ice, rub some ice on him with my mouth, play around with his weak spots and then just gently put some needles in them.

Was that what sadists do? No.

They beat the ones they like and take pleasure in their pain– I don’t like seeing him in pain, he just enjoys what we do.

"Anyway, we have to go back to greet them, right?"

"Must we do that? I’m having fun here."

"Well, we can have much more fun with you inside of me, but since you aren’t letting me do you, you have no choice but to come with me."

He was simply having fun all by himself, laying around and rolling over the fine grass of the garden.

He had become a seal that just ate in the morning, did some cuddling with me, did some practice to keep his hot abs, and then just rolled around in the grass till it was time to make lunch and dinner.

Then, after eating and some playing around with us, he fell asleep like a sloth.

"I’m letting you off only because you are still recovering. The moment you get back in shape, you’re getting punished for doing all this shit."

I’m serious when I say I’ll beat him up until he is half dead after all the messessed up energy inside of him calms down and he isn’t a ticking time bomb anymore.

"I know. That’s why I want to stay here and enjoy my vacation. I think by the time you return, I’ll be back to normal."

He knew what would happen to him when he gets better.

’The combined will’s energy that he accepted to defeat the emperor was not something one could handle just because they had that crystal.’

At the end of the day, just like Mana, Aura, or the corrupt power, the white power of combined wills was also an energy that was forcefully given to him in that certain moment.

’The power to use this energy was retrieved when the time was up, but the amount of energy that he accepted in that moment was so much that even after the system took away most of it, there was a lot that still remained inside of him.’

Lucy had to constantly use his Mana and Aura to keep the new kind of energy in check and carefully push it all out of his body.

’He could not use that energy without the system’s permission anyway, so there was no

need to keep any of it inside of him.’

But the extraction process was not simple and it was not safe either.

’He had to focus on it every single movement until it was completely out of his system, and any ordinary person would have had to take a long break, seclude themselves in some remote and safe location and just focus on the extraction process.’

But my extraordinary Lucy managed to function normally while continuously extracting the energy with a natural process.

’It was like continuous cultivation to him.’

He focused on the extraction process in every single moment he was awake as well as when he was asleep.

We received help from the headmaster during the tests so that time was easy for him, but after the tests were over, handling that kind of energy by himself became difficult for him.

So, we ended up coming back to this special place that contained a high concentration of Luck energy, something that was even denser than the special energy inside of him.

’It was easier for him to do the extraction process here. But that too, will end soon.’

And when it does, He will get beaten up.

"You... really don’t wanna come along?"

"If you really want me to, then I’ll have no choice. But just making a short trip back to the capital for a few days doesn’t seem that fun when this epic will be all about you and your actions.

The knight of light is coming so you should not have any problems either... actually, if you want, just take Anna and the Marciel parents.

Show them around and pick up some fresh ingredients for me~."

What he said made sense.

The premise of the following epic will start from here and only I had most of the work to do with it.

He needed to rest anyway, so forcing him was not going to be a good idea.

"Alright then. Stay here, rest up until I come back, and then you’re getting a spanking.

We can still fugk if you don’t want that-."

"I’ll brace myself for the punishment. Thanks."

He was smiling at me and it seemed a little fishy.

It seemed like he was trying to hide something. But, the bastard was good at it as always.

’I couldn’t even tell if he really was hiding something from me or if it was just my overthinking.’

This cunning bastard definitely had something going on in his mind...

’I’ll have to leave Cary to keep an eye on him.’

That was the only way to make sure he doesn’t end up doing something crazy while I’m gone.
