Yvette Ray has been living here for a while, staying alone in a villa with a Chinese-speaking servant for company.

Thinking of Ronan, Yvette feels only a numb heartache.

Thinking a bit more, Yvette decides to plant a fruit tree, imagining the family picking ripe fruits, which fills her with happiness.

Yvette, along with the servant Xiaorong, heads out to the plant shop to buy seeds.

In the market, Yvette sees news on TV about Ronan Keating and Claire Truman’s wedding being moved up.

Eleanor Sterling hasn’t blocked external information, knowing Yvette would eventually see it.

She only concealed matters concerning Ethan and Moira; aside from her and Alaric Faulkner, Claire’s side thinks they’ve succeeded.

The wedding preparations are lively and grand, even competing for reports on all news channels.

Yvette sees on the news the supposedly happy image of Ronan and Claire, and can’t help but chuckle sarcastically.

She tried every way to leave him, yet he persistently tangled with her, undermining her registration with Ethan, only to marry another woman.

Doesn’t she deserve happiness? Thinking of Moira’s cute, innocent little face, Yvette’s expression gradually turns cold.

They look grand and beautiful, but not everyday wear.

Estelle Sterling smirks and says, "Sister Eleanor, have you forgotten? In a few days, you’ll have your chance to crush the scoundrels; these are the battle dresses we prepared for you!"

Caleb Faulkner chimes in, "Indeed, Moira’s sorry excuse for a dad is getting married; naturally, you should make a dazzling appearance."

Eleanor is momentarily stunned before realizing.

She has been busy with matters at the medical college’s traditional medicine clinic and almost forgot about this affair.

Recently, Claire Truman seems to be enjoying success, but Yvette Ray can only hide away on Serene Isle, while Moira and Ethan have yet to escape danger.

Of course, she must cause a scene at the wedding, at least ensuring it doesn’t go smoothly.
