Chapter 763: Three Types of Toxins
CHAPTER 763: CHAPTER 763: THREE TYPES OF TOXINS
At Aethelgard Hospital, everyone discovered that Eleanor Sterling had woken up, causing a flurry of commotion, but it turned out to be nothing more than false hope.
Eleanor Sterling had only coughed; she hadn’t woken up.
Elder Sawyer’s brows furrowed almost into a twist, saying, "Eleanor has fallen into a coma and can’t wake up, but the toxins in her body have completely disappeared. Will she be forever lying here as a vegetable?"
Brian Zane sighed, glancing at Eleanor Sterling lying on the hospital bed. Her small face was extraordinarily pale, exuding a weak frailness.
"The situation is so dire. What should we do?"
Everyone fell into silence, their expressions heavy.
"The only way now is to inform Alaric Faulkner of the truth, that way we can stop his actions."
"No way." Elder Sawyer shook his head, "Alaric Faulkner agreed to do so many things over there, causing Eleanor so much suffering. If we give up now, wouldn’t that be too easy for him?"
"Then what should we do? Do we just watch things go to the worst possible outcome?"
Thomas Quincy suddenly spoke up, "I have a secret method from the Quincy Family here. Do you want to use it?"
Everyone quickly turned to look, "What did you say?"
Clara Thornton punched him discontentedly, "What’s going on? If you have a solution, why didn’t you bring it out sooner, causing us so much worry."
"It’s not that I didn’t bring it out, but this method is too risky. If it weren’t necessary, I wouldn’t recommend you using it."
"What method?"
Thomas Quincy pursed his lips, a hint of gravity flashed in his eyes, "The Quincy Family has two other poisons, less potent than Scarlet Prelude, one is called ’Beyond’, the other ’Hades’ End’."
He paused, then continued, "Since ancient times, the triangular relationship has been the most stable.
Clara Thornton frowned and said, "You mean to inject those two poisons into Eleanor Sterling, to form a triangular relationship with the three poisons?"
Thomas Quincy nodded, "Yes, exactly."
Elder Sawyer’s face darkened, and he asked, "How do you know what consequences it might cause? What if the toxins are injected and Eleanor can’t bear them?"
"It won’t." Thomas Quincy said confidently, "Because I have the antidotes for the latter two poisons here, if it really doesn’t work, we can immediately detoxify."
"If you want them, I’ll go get them right now."
Elder Sawyer and Brian Zane pondered, looking at Eleanor Sterling, finally grit their teeth and said, "Go get them."
Thomas Quincy left to retrieve the poison.
Two hours later, he returned with the poison.
They stood on either side, injecting the toxins into Eleanor Sterling’s hands.
Quickly, her pale face visibly turned black, looking extremely frightening.
Elder Sawyer clenched the silver needle, carefully observing her condition.
Thomas Quincy also tightly held the antidote in his hand, ready to administer it at any moment.
While everyone was tensely focused, Eleanor Sterling coughed again, this time not just coughing but slowly opened her eyes.
"Eleanor?" Clara Thornton softly called her name, afraid that it was a dream, worried that if she raised her voice slightly, she would disturb Eleanor Sterling.
"Clara Thornton." Eleanor Sterling turned to look at the others and slowly spoke, "Master, teacher, Thomas Quincy..."
She listed everyone’s identity, with Clara Thornton excitedly stepping forward to hug her.
"Great, Eleanor, you still remember us." After speaking, Clara Thornton looked at Thomas Quincy, "Is it all right now?"
"Yes, the structure is established, the triangle relationship is formed, it should be fine now."
Eleanor Sterling struggled to get out of bed, "What time is it now? Has Alaric Faulkner’s wedding taken place? We need to hurry to K Country."
"Are you crazy? Recklessly acting when your body isn’t recovered; you’re really not taking yourself seriously."
