Chapter 770: Alaric Faulkner Gets Slapped by Eleanor Sterling
CHAPTER 770: CHAPTER 770: ALARIC FAULKNER GETS SLAPPED BY ELEANOR STERLING
Giselle Keating’s eyes widened in shock.
How could it have been exposed!
A hint of panic flashed in her eyes, and she shouted, "Who did this, quickly turn it off!"
"It was me." A clear and gentle voice echoed at the entrance of the banquet hall, like a thunderclap.
Eleanor Sterling’s elegant figure appeared at the doorway.
Today, she was actually wearing a white dress, a snow-white fitted gown that made Eleanor look like a queen.
Eleanor attended in full regalia, drawing everyone’s gaze upon her entry, leaving Giselle Keating overlooked.
Giselle stood frozen, staring blankly at Eleanor, unable to comprehend the situation.
Franklin Faulkner was even more stupefied, standing in shock.
Eleanor Sterling had appeared out of nowhere. Wasn’t she supposed to be dead?
Alaric Faulkner rushed over immediately upon seeing her and embraced her tightly, "Eleanor... Eleanor!"
His heart was racing madly, almost in disbelief, as the load he had been carrying fully lifted.
Thank goodness, Eleanor was safe!
Alaric’s arms tightened as if he wouldn’t rest until she was melded into his very being.
Eleanor pushed Alaric away, then hooked a cold smile, raising her hand to slap him hard.
The crisp sound reverberated through the banquet hall, turning Alaric’s handsome face to the side.
There were loud gasps from those around.
After all, Alaric Faulkner was no ordinary man, yet here he was, receiving a harsh slap from Eleanor.
Eleanor looked at Alaric with cold eyes and slowly said, "Is it fun to marry another woman behind my back?"
Having been slapped by Eleanor, Alaric didn’t get angry; instead, he curved his lips.
Feeling the pain reassured him that Eleanor’s presence was no illusion but a vivid reality.
The guests observed the tense stand-off, whispering among themselves.
"That seems to be Eleanor Sterling, Alaric Faulkner’s previous wife."
"Is she here to interrupt the wedding?"
"This is too thrilling; The Keating Family’s wedding has been disrupted twice now, it’s so scandalous."
"It doesn’t look like she’s here to steal the groom. It seems more like a deliberate sabotage."
"I don’t think Giselle and Alaric’s wedding can go on today."
Listening to these discussions, Giselle felt she was losing her mind. Not only was her wedding ruined, but her true identity was exposed. How could this be!
Upon seeing the paternity test, Tristan Keating frowned deeply, his heart in turmoil.
Giselle wasn’t his daughter?
The other brothers in The Keating Family were just as bewildered. Their little sister wasn’t their biological sibling?
Alaric stepped forward and said softly, "Eleanor, hit me however much you want. I won’t resist."
Eleanor rolled her eyes at him, "Step aside, go roll somewhere else, I’ll deal with you later."
Seeing such an energetic Eleanor, Alaric was satisfied, and the corners of his mouth lifted.
Eleanor looked at Franklin Faulkner with a serene expression and said, "Fenrir, you thought you could use poison to threaten Alaric Faulkner, but unfortunately, your hopes have been dashed."
She let out a cold laugh, "We’ve already developed the antidote for the Scarlet Prelude."
Franklin Faulkner’s body trembled slightly, his eyes widened, staring hard at Eleanor.
"Impossible! The Quincys’ unparalleled poison, you couldn’t possibly have solved it!"
At this time, a person stepped out from the doorway, and with a lazy smile, said, "What’s impossible? With me around, do you really think the poison is unsolvable?"
"Thomas Quincy!" Franklin Faulkner was shocked, "You’ve actually got Thomas Quincy here? Didn’t he never leave the Quincy Family manor?"
