Giselle Keating looked terrified, crying as she spoke to Tristan Keating, "Dad, I... I didn’t do it on purpose, I just didn’t want to lose you... I was forced to do it."

Giselle lowered her head in silence, afraid to speak.

Tristan slumped onto the sofa, drained of energy, evidently deeply hurt.

Before long, Xavier returned and saw Tristan’s despondent state, quickly comforting him, "Dad, don’t be sad, we still have Xiaonian."

Hearing his words, Tristan forced himself to regain some spirit and asked, "Giselle still refuses to say anything?"

"Yes, I asked her again just now, she won’t talk."

Xavier immediately got up to make the arrangements.
