Chapter 889: Will Wendy Warren Meet Wendy Carson
CHAPTER 889: CHAPTER 889: WILL WENDY WARREN MEET WENDY CARSON
Keating Manor, a car slowly stopped at the entrance.
The rear door opened, and Wendy Carson stepped out of the car. She glanced at the scenery of the Keating Family, an indistinct undercurrent lurking in her eyes.
Actually, she wasn’t unfamiliar with the Keating Family. After all, she used to come often, and setting foot here again felt like a lifetime had passed.
"Miss Carson, this way please." The servant’s voice brought her thoughts back.
Wendy gently nodded, then followed the servant into the villa.
This time, Xavier Keating arranged for her to stay in a more remote location, avoiding any encounters with Wendy Warren and Chloe.
Wendy didn’t see Xavier Keating, which made her feel a sudden relief of pressure. At least she didn’t have to face him and avoid any psychological upheaval.
Estelle Sterling, Caleb Faulkner, and Elara were peeking from the side when Wendy arrived. As soon as Wendy entered the villa area, they ran straight to Eleanor Sterling’s room.
At that moment, Eleanor Sterling and Alaric Faulkner were snuggling in the room. Alaric Faulkner was just about to misbehave when a knock on the door interrupted him, instantly darkening his face.
Eleanor Sterling chuckled softly, "I remember today is the day Miss Carson visits the Keating Family. Perhaps something’s up with Estelle and Caleb. You should go answer the door."
Alaric Faulkner reluctantly got up to open the door.
They better have something important. Otherwise, he certainly wouldn’t let them off easily.
As soon as the door opened, the three of them immediately walked in.
"Sister Eleanor, our Auntie just arrived and has been arranged to stay in the house on the north side."
Eleanor Sterling’s eyes shifted, and she chuckled, "It seems Xavier Keating knows what might happen if those two were to meet, so he deliberately arranged for them to be far apart."
Alaric Faulkner sneered, "So what? People who don’t want to meet can never meet. If they have the intent, they can meet even if separated."
Hearing this, Eleanor Sterling raised an eyebrow, "You mean Wendy Warren will run into Wendy Carson?"
"Perhaps..."
Eleanor Sterling considered it, thinking it was quite reasonable. Estelle and Caleb previously mentioned that Wendy Warren wasn’t a good person. If she really had the intention, she would surely find a reason to approach Wendy Carson.
After all, only by thoroughly provoking her could she make her stay away from Xavier Keating, forever belonging to her. Such actions and methods are not uncommon.
Eleanor Sterling looked at Estelle Sterling and Caleb Faulkner, saying, "You two keep an eye on things and report back immediately if anything happens."
"Okay, Mommy."
The three nodded and then dashed out again.
Alaric Faulkner, seeing that they finally left, had a slightly better expression.
He walked over and wrapped Eleanor Sterling in his arms, "The person has been sent to your doorstep. You really don’t need to worry. If you want to match her with Xavier Keating, just lock them in a room together."
Hearing Alaric Faulkner’s terrible idea, Eleanor Sterling couldn’t help but roll her eyes.
Despite being the Family Head of the Faulkner Family, would he really do something so low? How could he act against a girl’s will?
She wanted Wendy Carson to willingly be with Xavier Keating, not forcibly bind them together. Otherwise, it would turn into a couple full of resentment.
Seeing Eleanor Sterling’s face fall, Alaric Faulkner immediately laughed, kissing her on the cheek, "I was just joking, Eleanor, don’t take it to heart."
"Hmph, don’t mess around, or I won’t let you off."
Alaric Faulkner sighed, "How could I act on my own? I’ll do everything as you say."
