"On the surface, it looks like you’re advising Seraphina Sinclair not to bother with the two kids, but in reality, you’re trying to show your neutral stance, smoothly distancing yourself. If Seraphina insists on making a fuss, you could say you tried to help, but it’s Seraphina Sinclair who’s against the kids, and it has nothing to do with you, right?"

Fiona Dunn couldn’t help but scoff, "Nina Kerr, this whole ’innocent flower’ act, can you try it out on someone dumb instead? Do you think anyone in the White Family is stupid? People just find your petty antics insignificant and aren’t interested in confronting you. You really think you’ve covered everything up perfectly? Unbeknownst to you, your actions are like a clown show to everyone."

Jude Sinclair made a surprised expression, his mouth slightly open, initially thinking Fiona Dunn wasn’t very smart either, but now it seems she’s actually quite wise.

Seraphina Sinclair secretly curled her lips, choosing not to interject, because Fiona Dunn was quite right.

Old Master White managed Diamond Island so well, and the White Family grew so strong thanks to him. How could he not see through Nina Kerr’s pretentiousness?

As for the others, they’re all used to Nina Kerr’s ’innocent flower’ act, thinking it was just a show and she hadn’t done anything evil, so they turned a blind eye and didn’t bother to confront her.

But Seraphina Sinclair is different. Initially, if Nina Kerr had continued being her own little princess, Seraphina wouldn’t have fought for anything. But Nina’s hands reached too far, daring to target her.

Fiona Dunn spoke words that left Nina Kerr speechless, and managed to persuade Reina White and Luna White.

Previously, they only thought Nina Kerr treated them quite well, so since Nina Kerr disliked Seraphina Sinclair, they also disliked Seraphina. In reality, Seraphina never did anything to wrong them.

All the bad things they heard about Seraphina Sinclair came from Nina Kerr’s mouth.

Now thinking back, all their actions didn’t benefit themselves at all; the only one gaining anything was Nina Kerr.

Mr. White, known for being submissive, didn’t have much to say in the White Family, but upon hearing Fiona Dunn’s words, he started having major issues with Nina Kerr and couldn’t help but voice them, "Nina, I’ve treated you like a sister, and yet you incite the two kids to go against Seraphina? What’s your secret intent?"

"Brother, you’re overthinking. How could I do such a thing? Fiona’s always disliked me, so how can you believe the things she says? Don’t you know what I’m like?" Despite being exposed, Nina Kerr still maintained her weak and innocent demeanor, as if everything Fiona Dunn said was slander.

Sadly, her performance had no audience to appreciate it, for everyone present were elites in their fields and none of them were brainless.

They chose not to speak because they found it unnecessary to participate in this farce.

Including Joel White and Camille White, who quietly ate, seeming detached from everything happening. They had previously made clear to Seraphina Sinclair that they wouldn’t take sides between Nina Kerr and her.

Because they knew Nina Kerr couldn’t win against Seraphina Sinclair on her own.

However, Nina Kerr was unaware, still believing her years of reputation were widely known, and continued her act diligently.

Little did she know, just as Fiona Dunn said, she looked like a clown to others.

Seraphina Sinclair checked the time, furrowing her brow slightly. She had other things to attend to and no time to play games with Nina Kerr.

She said to Old Master White, "This is ultimately the White Family’s internal matter. How it’s resolved is up to you. I have other things to do, so I’ll be heading off now."

"Stay for dinner before you leave." Old Master White treated Seraphina Sinclair differently from the others, appearing to relate to her not just as an elder to a junior, but rather as a friend.

"No, thank you." Seraphina smiled apologetically and waved to Jude, "Let’s go, Jude."

Jude Sinclair stood from beside Old Master White and swiftly joined Seraphina, mother and son quickly disappearing from the old White Family mansion.

It was thought that once they left, the farce would end, and perhaps Old Master White’s earlier remarks about driving Luna White’s family out might be forgotten.

Nina Kerr and Luna White’s family were thinking this.

In reality, it wasn’t so.

Only Joel White and Camille White knew that if Seraphina Sinclair handled this matter, it might not have been so severe; but once left to Old Master White, neither Luna White’s family nor Nina Kerr would escape its consequences.

After all, if Old Master White’s actions were too lenient, how would it serve as a warning to others?

Thus Seraphina Sinclair’s departure marked not redemption but the coming of darkness.

Old Master White sat at the head seat, wrinkles etched onto his imposing face. Simply sitting there, he exuded an invisible pressure.

Nina Kerr, knowing Old Master White’s fondness for her, saw the tension still high and stepped forward to try to ease it, cheerfully raising her wine glass and playfully said to him, "Grandpa, let’s let bygones be bygones. The most important thing is happiness when we’re together as a family. Luna White and her family were just careless. Why not just let it go today? Let me offer you a toast, wishing you..."

Before finishing her blessing, Old Master White waved his hand, causing Nina Kerr’s wine glass to fall and shatter.

Looking up, she met Old Master White’s cold gaze, and her heartbeat seemed to stop. She opened her mouth, trying hard to suppress her fear to reach out to touch his arm.

But Old Master White’s roar echoed instead, "Kneel!"

"Grandpa..." Nina Kerr turned pale, as she had never seen Old Master White so angry from childhood.

"I said kneel!" Old Master White’s patience was gone as he slammed the table, seemingly surrounded by fury.

Nina Kerr didn’t understand what she had done wrong but couldn’t withstand Old Master White’s command, her knees buckled and she knelt on the floor.

She bit her lip, keeping her head down, afraid to look at others’ eyes, fearful of seeing their mocking gaze.

"Do you know what you did wrong?" Old Master White’s voice remained angry.

Nina Kerr shook her head, tears brimming, "Nina doesn’t know what she did wrong."

"You haven’t forgotten the White Family rules, have you?" Old Master White stood and paced around the dining table, asking while he walked, "Camille, what’s the first rule of the White Family? Do you remember?"

Camille White stood up, responding expressionlessly, "Once you enter the doors of the White Family, you’re a family, jealousy and evil deeds are a no-go, and one must not exceed the limits."

"Now do you know what you did wrong?" Old Master White asked Nina Kerr.

Nina Kerr shook her head again, "Nina doesn’t know!"

"You don’t know?" Old Master White gave a bitter laugh, "Nina, do you truly not know? If you admit your mistake now, this matter could be dropped."
