Lord Charm Erosion answered: "This is merely our temporary abode. It won’t be long before the entire Sacred Heart Fairyland becomes a dead star. By then, we will move on to the next Immortal Domain. There are plenty of Immortal Domains in your Immortal Realm, enough to keep us busy for a long time."

Seven-colored Immortal Monarch persisted: "You are already so powerful now, almost on par with our Saints. I heard you say before that by consuming life force, you convert it into the strength of demons. Can you still advance your power?"

Lord Charm Erosion replied: "Of course we can, but at our level, it’s hard to advance further. The most we can hope for is a quantitative change. To undergo a qualitative leap once again requires us to consume far too much life force."

Seven-colored Immortal Monarch asked: "Is not even devouring an entire Immortal Domain enough for your advancement?"

Lord Charm Erosion coldly laughed: "At our level, to take another step forward is not so easy. Devouring an Immortal Domain is not nearly enough for us to undergo a qualitative change. Besides, the life force of the Immortal Domain is not just for my consumption alone."

She looked up, eyeing the purple crystal pillar in front of her: "After the mother body devours life force, it uses this energy to transform the world, which requires most of the consumed life force. Then it needs to create many demons, and the rest is what the multitude of demons absorb to enhance our strength."

After Lord Charm Erosion left, the Seven-colored Immortal Monarch let out a long sigh of relief, sitting down against the wall not far from the cave entrance.

Though Lord Charm Erosion had yet to act against the Seven-colored Immortal Monarch, his words were indeed dangerous.
