CHAPTER 1482: CHAPTER 1483: XIANG YU TRAINED IN THE DUNGEON

Cheng Wulan was just about to say it, but suddenly stopped. For some reason, she suddenly didn’t want to tell Zhong Min Xiang Yu’s name.

Maybe it’s because after seeing Zhong Min’s beauty, she felt a bit insecure, a feeling she couldn’t describe.

In the end, she just smiled and said, "Wait until he comes back, you can ask him yourself."

Zhong Min also smiled and didn’t ask further. She was determined to meet this person.

"I’m leaving today. When he comes back, make sure to call me. I really want to see what kind of person could catch Wulan’s eye," Zhong Min joked.

Cheng Wulan’s face turned red, and she playfully punched Zhong Min. Then she suddenly thought of something and quickly said, "What did you say? You’re leaving now?"

Zhong Min’s face turned serious, and she nodded, "There are still many things waiting for me to do."

Cheng Wulan knew that Zhong Min’s base had been attacked and many of her brothers were captured.

Now that she’s choosing to leave, it’s definitely with the intention of rescuing her brothers.

"Alright then, you go ahead. If you need my help, just come find me," Cheng Wulan said sincerely.

Zhong Min quickly nodded. Thanks to Cheng Wulan, she didn’t know what would have happened otherwise.

Since Zhong Min had decided to leave, she packed up simply, borrowed Cheng Wulan’s car, and was ready to set off.

Just as she was about to leave, she thought of something, turned to Cheng Wulan, and said, "When he comes back, you must call me. I want to thank him personally."

Cheng Wulan nodded, sighing inwardly, "Xiang Yu, why haven’t you come back yet?"

Xiang Yu had run in another direction after letting Xiaoxuan go that day.

Eventually, he couldn’t hold on any longer and lay on the ground, falling asleep.

When he was discovered, he was sleeping soundly.

One of them wanted to achieve merits and tried to capture Xiang Yu. But just as he got close, Xiang Yu kicked him away with one swift move.

They all thought Xiang Yu was pretending to sleep, so they surrounded him, guns pointed at him.

Yet Xiang Yu continued to sleep like a log.

Finally, they all rushed forward and tied Xiang Yu up.

During that, Xiang Yu opened his eyes for a moment, saw he was captured, and didn’t care, before going back to sleep.

That night, they searched the whole mountain but only caught Xiang Yu. After they caught him, they planned to lock him in the dungeon first.

But seeing the wound on his back, they directly sent him to the military hospital and heavily guarded him.

The military commander Rumus gave strict orders that they must not let him die, as he wanted to pry some information out of Xiang Yu.

When Xiang Yu woke up, it was already noon the next day. He had slept well, almost reluctant to get up.

Looking around, he found himself lying on a bed, hands securely cuffed. The bullet in his back had been removed.

"Hey, I need to pee," Xiang Yu shouted.

The two soldiers by the door saw Xiang Yu awake and quickly reported to their superior.

Within a minute, a captain arrived with over a dozen men.

Seeing Xiang Yu awake, regardless of his current condition, he ordered someone to cuff Xiang Yu and take him to the dungeon’s interrogation room.

They hung Xiang Yu up, surrounded by a group of fierce-looking people watching him.

"What’s your name?" the captain asked coldly, standing in front of Xiang Yu.

Xiang Yu didn’t answer his question, instead saying, "Hanging me like this isn’t good for a patient, is it?"

"Cut the crap. If you don’t answer my question, I’ll shoot you on the spot," the captain glared.

Xiang Yu rolled his eyes, "I’m hungry. Get me something to eat."

The captain snorted coldly and then lashed Xiang Yu with a whip.

The sound was crisp, but it made people shiver when they heard it.

"Ah, you’ve killed me," Xiang Yu screamed exaggeratedly.

Seeing Xiang Yu in apparent pain, the captain snarled, "You better confess quickly, or you’ll suffer."

"I can’t, I don’t have the strength now. Hurry up and get me something to eat," Xiang Yu shouted.

The captain was speechless; he was on the brink of death and still wanted food. Truly a weirdo.

"If we feed you, will you tell us everything?" the captain, eager for merits, tried to make Xiang Yu reveal the truth.

"Of course, bring me something delicious," Xiang Yu said.

The captain thought for a moment and then ordered someone to fetch something from outside.

He now considered Xiang Yu to be with Zhong Min’s group. Recently, they had tortured Zhong Min’s subordinates to learn about the person behind her and their hiding place.

But the conclusion was that Zhong Min’s group didn’t know anything, leaving everyone frustrated.

If he could extract any useful information from Xiang Yu, it would be a huge achievement.

So now, by any means, he intended to make Xiang Yu talk.

Soon, someone brought in some food from outside—a goose leg.

"How can I eat with my hands cuffed?" Xiang Yu said.

The captain thought for a moment and then ordered to let Xiang Yu down, but had everyone around ready with guns. If Xiang Yu made any move, they would shoot immediately.

Once Xiang Yu was let down, he stretched his wrists and then sat down to eat.

Having expended a lot of energy, he desperately needed to replenish.

"Not bad, want a bite?" Xiang Yu asked the captain beside him.

The captain seemed nervous, and compared to Xiang Yu, he more closely resembled a criminal, whereas Xiang Yu was the bossy one.

"Quickly eat up, no dawdling," the captain said, unable to help glancing outside.

Xiang Yu, knowing the captain’s mind, ate even slower, savoring each bite.

The captain was amazed at Xiang Yu’s appetite, as he eventually finished it all, baffled that a stomach could be so large.

"Hang him back up," the captain ordered after seeing Xiang Yu finish eating.

Xiang Yu obediently raised his hands, smirking, "You’re stingy; I’m still not full."

Everyone else: "..."

"Now will you tell? What’s your name?" the captain asked nervously, seeing a golden opportunity for merit.

"Xiang Mao," Xiang Yu said casually.

Seeing Xiang Yu speak, the captain was elated and quickly asked, "Where are your other accomplices?"

"What other accomplices? I was on the mountain hunting rabbits, got shot unexpectedly, and you caught me. You owe me for mental distress," Xiang Yu replied righteously.

The captain was infuriated. This guy was just spewing nonsense...
