As Huan Shou and his army were focused on the smoke, they couldn’t notice the stealthy army of tigers in the shadows.

"They want us to follow after this small part of their army, showing our backs to the enemy so they can take advantage of the moment and instill chaos in our army."

With a proud and confident tone, as if he had uncovered the enemy’s scheme, Huan commented:

"If we divide our army to follow after them and confront the enemy at the same time, it will only weaken us, giving our opponents the chance to focus on defeating our divided army by sacrificing only one tiger king!"

"We will focus our efforts on defeating the main army!!" He pointed to the front and roared, "The right answer is to ignore them and charge forward!

Convinced by his reasoning, all prefecture lords praised his intellect:

At this moment, the two prefecture lords on Ashen’s side began to move.

The prefecture lord with horses moved to the left at full speed, following after Gang Zhao. Even though horses were weak in battle strength, when it came to speed, they could surpass almost anyone.

The other prefecture lord, who commanded jaguars, moved to the right, following after Moyun. Jaguars were, too, beasts with immense agility and speed. They could match horses in terms of speed with their robust and muscular build.
