Three-way war.

Organization faction - Water, earth, fire and darkness dragon tribes.

Heaven faction - Church Of Wind and adventure / Wind dragon tribe.

Hell faction - God of war and conquest.

A war between the 3 different factions was raging on for months.

Why did that war happen in the first place?

Well, it all has to do with the wind dragon tribe and the church they had allied with.

Originally, the water dragon tribe and the darkness dragon tribe's prince and princess would marry each other, strengthening their bonds and each other's power.

However, the wind dragon tribe did not want it and they were already looking for the ways to become stronger than any other dragon tribes.... So they decided to betray their vow and join hands with the invaders, with the church of adventure and wind.

Their plan managed to destroy the marriage and spread the chaos, but obviously, their betrayal was found, just as they expected.

This was a trap. The four dragon tribes were meant to follow the traitorous wind dragon tribe and fall right into the church and wind dragon tribes trap..... But there was a problem.

Dragon rulers, the queens and kings of each respective tribe.

Normally, they are forced to stay in their nest in order to keep their nest in check while also making sure that other tribes wouldn't do anything..... But this time, they made a simple deal.

They would leave their nest and attack for the moment the church and the wind dragon tribe.... Which resulted in the wind dragon tribe and church trap being completely dismantled.

By the way, around the time each leader of the dragon tribe went and did their attack, the elves came and attacked the earth dragon tribe main nest, stealing their eggs.

Anyway, here is the situation.

The trap - Failed.

And that resulted in a massive scale war erupting where four different dragon tribes united in order to bring down the traitors and the church that they were working with.

At first, it was only these two factions duking it out….. But out of nowhere, the third side popped up.

The hell faction led by the demon god of war and conquest.

His faction appeared and dealt a massive blow to both unsuspecting factions, resulting in his faction not only joining the war but also gaining a massive foothold from the get-go.

Why did he join the war when he wasn't related to any of the incidents that caused this war in the first place?

Simple.

Opportunity.

He wanted to take down both of the factions, dealing massive blows to both dragons and the heavens.

Normally, a mad demonic god like him would be easily crushed in this conflict…. But he was one of the highest-ranking demonic gods.

And his followers were also not to be looked down upon.

So, what happened afterward?

The war continued between the three factions.

The demonic god faction wasn't weak.

Nor was the heaven and organization faction.

Everybody was strong…. And because of that very simple fact, the war did not stopped.

Nobody was pushing each other too much.

Nor were they conquering too much territory at once, allowing their original owners to quickly reclaim their lost ground.

A stalemate between three factions had happened between all of these factions….. And even after many months had already passed, this stalemate did not changed at all.

"Your holiness. Our operation has failed. Our defenses were conquered by the adventurers, allowing the dragons to swoop in and pick off our troops, forcing us to abandon the plan." – said the paladin with golden and white armor.

"Again? Dammit." – said the young green-haired woman who sat on the throne.

"You told me that you would be able to hold off the fire dragon's forces long enough for our own forces to finish their mission, even if the base we took over was reclaimed."

"What is the meaning of this?"

"Don't look at me." – said the short young-looking girl who walked towards the pope queen.

"It is that fucking war-cholic doing. That bastard attacked our bases and forces, forcing my dragons to retreat or we would end up with much bigger losses than you could have ever imagined."

"Tch. So it is that bastard's fault again? For crying out loud! Why is he always doing that?! Whenever we would deal some massive blow to that annoying organization, that fucking demonic god followers would just stab us, wrecking our shit." – said annoyed pope queen.

"Well, that is an annoying part about this bastard… Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that he does the same shit to the organization, I would have suspected him and the organization having some alliance." – said the wind dragon queen as she stole some cherries from the pope queen's bowl.

"I can fucking tell myself!" – said the queen as she started stuffing her face with cherries.

"There is more, Queen Eve." – said the paladin.

"Yes?" – replied both queens with annoyed expressions.

"…Em…. I meant my queen…. Or both?" – said the paladin.

(Why are they having the same name?!) – thought bit nervous paladin.

"The sea monsters…. They had been acting quite strange recently…. We even had an incident where one of our fishing boats were straight up swallowed and torn apart by a horde of sea monsters."

"Huh? Why are you reporting about the sea monsters? Monsters' attacks are not uncommon at all during the war, and this isn't the first time we have had monster related incident not- "

"You idiot." – said the queen of wind dragons.

"Huh? The hell did you just say?" – asked pissed off Pope Queen.

"Let him continue…. I honestly have bad feelings about this." – said the dragoness with a serious expression on her face.

"…"

"It wasn't just an incident." – said the paladin.

"Recently, more and more sea monsters were being spotted all around the sea…. With even some sea monsters launching attacks on the land."

"And the fishing boat that was destroyed? It was a special ship meant to hunt in dangerous areas. The fisherman wanted to use that ship since they were scared for their lives because of the monsters."

"That was a reinforced ship that also had soldiers…. But in the end, the entire ship and all of the soldiers that were on it were all destroyed by the sea monsters."

"Shit. I guess I was maybe right." – said the dragoness with an annoyed expression.

"?"

"Spit it out already. What the hell do you know?" – asked the pope queen.

"God of the deep sea, the demonic god. He may be planning on joining this war."

"?!"

"Wait, a second demonic god is joining this war!?" – asked the surprise holy queen.

"Yeah…. And to make matters more annoying, the deep sea god and the god of war and conquest are known for being friends."

"And from what I've also heard, his church, army and even his status as a god much stronger."

"He will be an annoying opponent….. But I don't get it!"

"What the hell is he doing here?!"

"I mean, from what my people told me, he was at war with the holy empire."

"Did he suddenly decided to recall his forces from that war and instead join this war?!"

"…"

"Aren't you overthinking it?" – asked the pope queen.

"So far there were only monsters incidents going on and no full scale invasions…. Right?"

"Yes, your majesty." – replied the paladin.

"That is because his army needs to travel a long distance to get from their current location, to our seas." – replied the dragoness.

"Not only that, but more than half of his army consists of sea monsters…. And controlling a savage beast isn't exactly an easy task."

"And the current situation does prove my theory…. Shit. This isn't really ideal for us, is it?"

"Now we will have to deal with one extra demon god forces as well? You got to be…. Although…. Hm…. Isn't this good for us?"

"?"

"What do you mean?" – asked pope queen.

"Most of our sea access was stolen by the organization as they launched their invasion on our lands." – replied the dragoness.

"Meaning that their means of attacking us via sea is very limited."

"And the ones that they can really attack properly would be only organization….. So does that mean that this second demonic god was called for the pincher attack?"

"Does the demonic god's plans on getting rid of the alliance's forces first?"

"!"

"Wait, then this is ideal for us!" – said as she stuffed her face with more cherries.

"They will kill each other for us and we will just have to swoop in and finish off the ones that remains."

"Fucking idiots!"

"…"

"Eve. We are fucked." – said the dragoness.

"?"

"What do you mean?" - replied Pope Queen.

"We were losing nonstop recently." – said the dragoness.

"And even the battles that we had won ended up with us quickly losing afterward."

"The current state of the war was a stalemate….. But recently? We started losing and I mean like non-stop losses that also hit us way too hard."

"Out of all 3 factions, we were the ones that started losing."

"We had started getting slowly being crushed by both of our enemies…. And why do you think we are even still alive right now, hm?"

"That is because of the fact that there were 2 factions."

"They were keeping each other in check."

"But what do you think would happen if one of them were defeated?"

"What do you think would happen if out of 3 factions, only 2 remained?"

"The answer would be simple."

"We would be fucking destroyed."

"Eve."

"This isn't a laughing matter."

"Right now, the demonic kingdom may have the ability to destroy or kick the organization faction from this place…. And once they are gone, we would be fucking next!"

"Do you fucking get it?!"

"The ones that are fucked are us!"

"Oh...Oh….." – the pope queen started eating nervously more cherries, until she realized that she ran out of them.

"Shit….."

"…"

"Okay…. So, what do we do?!"

"Do we attack the demonic god forces?!"

"….."

"That…. That would be the best possible option…. But if I'm honest…. We can't do this." – said the dragoness.

"Soldier. How many troops does this kingdom has?"

"Not a lot…. Ma'am…." – replied the paladin.

"A lot of our soldiers had fallen in battle or fled from the kingdom….. And some others had completely gone missing."

"Those who remained are either forced to fill out our defenses or are either too exhausted or injured to fight."

"…"

"The same thing is on my end…. My dragons had been working non stop each day…. And the last attack done by that demon god also took out many of my own dragons." – said dragoness.

"So, yea….. With that in mind…. Do you really think we can even try to launch a single attack on anybody when most of our forces are straight up unviable?"

"I'm trying to think of some sort of possible good possibility….. But I can't think of anything…. In my eyes, I can't straight up see anything in front of us…. Only destruction."

"…."

"So…. Pray to your fucking god."

"Have them grant us some sort of fucking blessings."

"Or we will be royally FUCKED."
