Cultivation realms:

    1. Body tempering realm- consists of 4 parts

    1st stage to 4th stage tempers muscles and is the low tier of the realm.

    5th to 7th stage tempers skin and is mid tier of the realm

    8th to 10th stage tempers blood vessels and is the high tier of the realm

    11th to 13th stage tempers bones and marrow and is the peak tier of the realm

    (A person needs to be in the 8th stage of the body tempering realm minimum to be able to become a cultivator and enter the qi refining realm.)

    2. Qi refining realm- consists of 4 parts

    Early stage

    Mid stage

    Late stage

    Peak stage

    3. Core condensation realm- consists of 4 parts

    Early stage

    Mid stage

    Late stage
