Once deep into battle, Illusion Face Battle Star 1-2 activated its space protection device, and from a distance, it looked as if it was clad in a layer of vanishing Battle Armor, making the Planet Battle Star seem to shuttle continuously between reality and illusion. The shimmering gloss on the planet’s surface was actually a type of Space Protection Technology, which was where the name Illusion Face Battle Star came from.

Utilizing the space protection technology named "Illusion Face," Battle Star 1-2 successfully blocked the energy particles weapons fired by Illusion Face 3.

However, Illusion Face 3 wasn’t so lucky. For some reason, they were unable to activate Illusion Face 3’s protective device, and they were embarrassingly forced into a corner by the attacks from Illusion Face 1-2. The skirmish had scarcely begun when some equipment on Illusion Face 3 started to malfunction, adversely affecting the entire operation of the Planet Battle Star.

"Ha, a bunch of inferior citizens. Did you think that by uniting with the Primitive Civilization’s creatures you could oppose us? Don’t forget who gave you life, and who led you to today’s achievements. Losing your roots won’t take you further. Did you think we, the elite, would not be prepared? After gaining an absolute advantage in the war, the Star Captain of Illusion Face 1 purposely sent out a message to provoke their mindset.

Meanwhile, the situation on Illusion Face 3 was much worse than imagined; not only were its core protection and weapons systems inoperable.

After the destruction of Lutu Star by Illusion Face 1, the surviving Lutu Star people on Illusion Face 3 harbored deep resentment towards the Double-faced Civilization, blaming everything on the rebellious Double-faced soldiers. Fueled by these thoughts, the conflict between the Lutu Star people and the rebel forces ignited again.

Initially, conflicts occurred only between a few Lutu Star people and the rebellious soldiers, but quickly the confrontation escalated into a broader opposition and finger-pointing between the different civilizational races, finally bursting into a civil war within this makeshift confederation!

Thus, Illusion Face 3 found itself besieged by internal troubles and external aggressions.

Externally, they faced fierce attacks from Illusion Face 1-2; internally, there was resistance from the Lutu Star people.

In order to alleviate this unfavorable situation, the recently evolved rebel leader immediately ordered indiscriminate suppression and annihilation of the Lutu Star people on Illusion Face Battle Star 3. Since leveraging the Lutu Star people to seize the battle star had already achieved its aim, and since these clueless Lutu people were beyond help, completely exterminating them seemed appropriate.

Moreover, this civil war that erupted within Illusion Face 3 was doomed to be a massacre of incomparable cruelty. Even though the surviving Lutu people were united and captured many weapons, they soon discovered that the weapons of an Advanced Civilization were all genetically locked; being aliens, they couldn’t use them.

Unable to break the locks with their Primitive Civilization technology, eventually, they could only use the advanced weapons as blunt instruments.

Thus, under the frontal assault of sophisticated Annihilation Guns against rudimentary "bricks," the civil war became utterly one-sided. Packs of Lutu people courageously charged again and again, only to fall to the Annihilation Guns. While they were twice the size of humans, they couldn’t withstand a single shot; death was instantaneous!

This massacre was chillingly similar to the slaughterhouses on Earth, using high-voltage electricity to kill swine -- one jolt per pig, each jolt lethal.

Ultimately, perhaps as determined by some mysterious fate, when the rebellious Double-faced soldiers had slaughtered all the Lutu people, they indeed resolved the internal troubles, but external threats also dissolved simultaneously.

Under the relentless attacks of Illusion Face 1-2, and with Illusion Face 3 unable to activate its space protection, damage to its components escalated, until eventually an energy weapon from Illusion Face 1 struck, turning a third of Illusion Face 3 along with its equipment into dust in a sky-high explosion, reminiscent of an Annihilation Bomb detonation!

In the end, the rebellion still ended in defeat, and without the war of resistance, there naturally were no more external threats.

At this moment, with one-third of its planetary area turned into ruins, countless Double-faced died in the blast, leaving Illusion Face 3 utterly crippled, merely drifting powerlessly in the dark universe.

Just then, Illusion Face 1-2 approached fiercely and broadcasted its scornful triumph.

"Double-faced Civilization exists and thrives because of us; you dared to resist beyond your capabilities. Today’s result was your destined outcome. Accept your final judgment!" After broadcasting the message, Illusion Face 1 immediately launched a Double-sided Quantum Bomb, erasing both Illusion Face 3 and its rebels.

In an instant, Illusion Face 3 was engulfed by flames, followed by a horrific planetary explosion. The tremendous Energy Wave swept out, resembling a cosmic tidal wave, impacting light-years away.

After the explosion, Illusion Face 1 received a message sent from Illusion Face 3 just before the explosion.

"You despicable Vampires, long a hindrance to societal evolution, focusing solely on how to exploit us, even if we fall today, as long as Double-faced Civilization’s societal model remains unchanged, resistance will never end. There will always be batches of [us] standing up, until the self-proclaimed elites are overturned."

The people on Illusion Face 1-2 merely scoffed at this, having heard similar rhetoric many times before.

However, just as Illusion Face 1-2 was preparing to return home following Mother Star’s command, they suddenly noticed something amiss. They had been too focused on the war with Illusion Face 3 to pay attention before, but just then, they seemed to have detected some unusual Space Membrane data, suggesting some civilization had been covertly observing the battle!
