Third, designating the Neutrino Battle Star as the prototype for the seventh phase of the New Star Project has numerous benefits.

The greatest advantage is that the Neutrino Battle Star has the strongest comprehensive combat capability among all Battle Stars, which directly benefits the war.

Due to its miniaturized size, the Neutrino Battle Star is hard to detect and highly agile. Coupled with the internal properties of neutrinos, it is largely unaffected by the Four Basic Forces and difficult to lock on to.
