Humans communicate through language, so brainwashing also requires language as a medium. However, language is undoubtedly a less efficient form of communication compared to brainwaves or Consciousness Waves, leading to a generally slow process of human brainwashing.

The exchange of Consciousness Waves between Intention and the original consciousness bodies is extremely fast and efficient, with a higher capacity for information intake per second than verbal communication. These combined factors make the brainwashing speed of the Information Virus as fast as lightning. However, ultimately, all information about cosmic material in the Universe is expressed through vibrations, so from an observable standpoint, the act of the Information Virus assimilating the original consciousness bodies appears as frequency convergence.

Numerous Information Viruses successfully infected many original consciousness bodies within the Black Hole Civilization.

If observed with a Frequency Detector at that moment, one would find that there were small patches of original consciousness bodies in the Black Hole Civilization whose frequencies were remarkably similar - this was the manifestation of frequency convergence.

Leveraging the informational content of the Information Virus, some sentient beings within the Black Hole Civilization finally understood that, indeed, the Wandering Alliance of the Communist faction had discovered a method to compensate for the permanent loss of Cosmic Material.
