The Wandering Alliance of the communist bloc immediately initiated the Information Vortex project.

The Information Vortex project is based on the guidance of the Information Vortex Theory, progressively converting various forms of life within the communist bloc into primal intentions, and utilising the intentional special clustering to create a Vortex effect that reverses the energy in the Source Material Information Sea, compensating for the mass previously lost in the universe, thereby meeting the total mass required for the universe’s reboot.

Currently, the Information Vortex Theory is the only possible method to get through the Cosmic Crisis, and it is all the Wandering Alliance can try.

Hence, after securing victory in this historical war, the civilizations of the communist bloc did not even entertain the thought of celebration, instead immediately plunging into the urgent work of the Information Vortex project.

The Information Vortex project proposed by the Wandering Alliance is divided into two parts.

As for the two parts planned within.

The first is to form a unified macroscopic Black Hole, which aims to concentrate all matter together, including the mass of various lifeforms and interstellar material in the cosmos, mainly to prepare for the universe’s reboot.

To achieve the goal of a unified Black Hole, Black Hole Lu Chen and the Black Hole Civilization took the lead in Black Hole fusion. Once the two largest black holes at the site merged, it resulted in a supermassive Wuba Black Hole, bursting forth with an incomparable and terrifying Gravity, frantically tearing all surrounding matter. Aside from the planets with life, which are temporarily unaffected by the supermassive Wuba Black Hole thanks to technological devices, all other non-living materials rapidly plunged into the supermassive Wuba Black Hole, quickly forming a vast and intricate Accretion Disk structure.

However, Black Hole Lu Chen was still somewhat dissatisfied.

Because even with their strong gravity, absorbing matter through gravity takes a process, and it’s definitely impossible to exceed the speed of the wave backflow’s contraction. Therefore, to capture all existing material in the cosmos, Black Hole Lu Chen, based on the method in the Information Vortex plan, dispatched a fleet of ten thousand Battle Stars as a transportation team.

The main task of this transportation team was to head to the edge of the wave backflow, seizing the chance before the wave backflow destroyed Cosmic Material, transporting those materials light-years away through Jump Engines to the vicinity of the Black Hole, allowing the Black Hole to directly and rapidly absorb them, to avoid being destroyed by the wave backflow, thus forming waste. After all, with every reduction in Cosmic Material, they would have to expend extra effort to reverse flow the energy back from the Information Sea, so naturally, it’s best to avoid the waste now.

The second part of the Information Vortex project is about primal intentions.

That is, to convert all lifeforms in the communist bloc into primal intentions progressively, creating a Vortex effect in the Information Sea, which would avoid the impact of the wave backflow to the greatest extent, and also reverse flow the energy particles in the Information Sea. Therefore, with the exception of the transportation team, all other lifeforms within the communist bloc have thrown themselves into the work related to converting to primal intentions.

To convert different types of lifeforms into primal intentions more quickly and safely,

after discussions, the civilizations of the communist bloc decided to adopt the conversion technology provided by the Black Hole Civilization.

Because the Black Hole Civilization is among the earliest to be involved in the technology of primal intention conversion, and they have also successfully formed a collective of the Black Hole Civilization, they are definitely the best in terms of technical application examples and maturity, so it’s naturally the safest to use their technology.

With the technical assistance of the Black Hole Civilization, the communist bloc produced many conversion devices, plus the conversion devices originally stockpiled by the Black Hole Civilization, amounting to several hundred billion in total, all of which are now distributed and installed on the periphery of the supermassive Wuba Black Hole. Once lifeforms within the communist bloc become primal intentions through these devices, their physical matter can conveniently enter the Black Hole, becoming part of the Black Hole’s mass, killing two birds with one stone!

Upon the activation of the second part of the Information Vortex project, Metal Planet Wandering was the first to step forward, becoming a bright primal intention through the conversion device outside the Black Hole, from Metal Planet. The second brave participant was the Green Star and its Light Synthesis Civilization; once the entire Green Star passed through the conversion device, the Green Star and all the Light Synthesis People on the planet successively became billions of primal intentions with varying brightness.

With the leadership of the Wandering and other Battle Stars, those lifeforms who were somewhat apprehensive finally bravely approached the conversion devices.

Next, more and more lifeforms approached the conversion devices, becoming primal intentions. If one were to observe from a cosmic perspective, they would see countless lives becoming primal intentions through the conversion devices every moment, their physical matter entering the Black Hole, while their consciousness and thoughts turned into different bright primal intentions.

These primal intentions, like fireflies in the dark cosmic space, drifted and flew into the Black Hole.

As the Information Vortex project of the communist bloc was fully deployed, everyone seemed to see the dawn at this moment, smiles spreading across their faces. However, just as the communist bloc was bustling with activity, the wave backflow continued to contract inward at superluminal speeds, and the operating range of the transportation team also grew increasingly smaller.
