CHAPTER 41: CHAPTER 41: I DON’T CARE

Gu Yan was slapped three times in a row, leaving her completely stunned.

Gu Qin watched the scene with leisure from the side, showing no intention to stop it, instead, she seemed pleased with how things were unfolding.

That damned Gu Yan, dared to insult her, she deserved a lesson. Gu Qin didn’t need to lift a finger; someone else was willing to do it for her.

Gu Yan slumped over the dining table, President Liu was clutching her collar, while his other hand was reaching down, his whole body was pressing onto her.

She looked at his face, filled with a sneering smile, feeling his chubby hand on her leg, an overwhelming nausea surged in her heart, and her body couldn’t help but start trembling, as humiliation spread through her entire being.

"Get lost!" she squeezed out the words from between her teeth, using her hands to push him away, desperately trying to escape his disgusting hand with her legs.

President Liu chuckled maliciously, Gu Yan could see the rising lust in his eyes that had turned into slits.

"Telling me to get lost at this point? Miss Gu, you must be dreaming."

As he spoke, his hand gradually moved upward, switching from clutching her collar to tugging at her shirt.

Her right shoulder felt a chill as two buttons were pulled off, revealing the skin beneath.

President Liu’s gaze grew more intense.

Gu Yan gritted her teeth, flailing her arms, trying to break free from him.

But how could her strength compare to this pig’s? It was all in vain.

His hand was moving further up, about to reach its target. Gu Yan frantically kicked her legs, suddenly striking his knee, causing President Liu to wince in pain. Gu Yan was startled, then kicked harder, causing President Liu to instinctively let go of her and grab his knee.

Gu Yan didn’t stop, she lowered her head and bit down on the hand President Liu had placed on her exposed right shoulder, with such ferocity she wished she could bite a chunk of flesh off!

President Liu, feeling the pain on his hand, immediately resisted forcefully, "You crazy woman, let go of me now!"

Gu Yan only let go after biting his hand until it bled, then fiercely pushed him away, immediately dodging to the side.

President Liu, clutching his bleeding hand, glared at her viciously, "If I don’t punish you today, I’ll take your name!"

Gu Yan sneered inwardly; you’d disgust me even with my name!

Seeing the situation change suddenly, Gu Qin, to prevent any mishaps, had no choice but to stop watching the show and went forward to assist President Liu.

"Gu Yan, aren’t you afraid that if you offend President Liu, he won’t give you money to save your father?"

Gu Qin was confident that Gu’s father was Gu Yan’s sore spot. As long as his life-threatening situation was brought up, Gu Yan would definitely compromise.

Who knew, this time Gu Yan wouldn’t fall for it at all, instead looking at her with disgust, "Gu Qin, stop using my father as a bargaining chip. You think I don’t know your real intentions? Would you be so kind as to help us gather the medical fees? You’re so eager to assist him because there’s something in it for you. You’re exploiting my father’s illness to manipulate my mother into making me sell my body, and in the end, it’s you who benefits. Why should I comply with you!"

Gu Qin didn’t expect her to expose her true intentions, a flash of panic flickered across her face before she put on a haughty attitude, "So what if that’s true? The one million lifesaving money is real, after all."

"I don’t want it! If my father knew, he’d rather forgo the surgery than let me fall into such a trap!"

Gu Qin frowned, then coldly smirked, "Indeed, an ungrateful brat! President Liu, do whatever you want with this girl, no need to hold back."
