Warhammer: Lord of the Endless Monster Horde
Chapter 448 - 447: Successful Fusion, Warrior of Love and Beauty
Aisha nodded to Rhodes, ready to possess the Dark Giant. But in the mindspace, the Goddess of Life Isha was anxious.
"Aisha, your power is different from mine. Why do you want this Dark Giant body so badly? My attribute is life. You command chaos power—if you possess this giant, you could cause severe consequences, even expose our current secret. Didn't we agree to wait until the god-child is born before telling him?" Isha said.
Who could have guessed that, in such a short time, Aisha would be negotiating with Rhodes for a Dark Giant body?
Isha was indeed envious after getting her own giant shell and turning it into a Life Giant, but now was not the time for Aisha.
Aisha's chaos power would mesh well with the giant's darkness, but that has nothing to do with life!
"Don't worry, Isha. I have love and beauty powers—love symbolizes part of life. Using the cosmic beast's power, I've converted lots of chaos power into order power. With your help, I can cover up the rest," Aisha said.
With this giant body, she could truly walk the physical universe. The only cost was permanently binding herself to Rhodes, but after years together, Aisha understood that Rhodes's summoned giants and cosmic beasts are fully under his authority.
So after gaining giant power, she could stay by Rhodes's side with peace of mind and be accepted.
"Instead, why not stage an accident? Use my Life Giant to swap places with your Dark Giant, fully dispelling his suspicion," Isha suggested.
This was crucial for her future comfort. It was fine if Aisha wanted the Dark Giant body, but the life energy should come from Isha. When the two goddesses merge, Isha would secretly swap in her Life Giant—ensuring a seamless switch.
"All right. When I possess the Dark Giant, I'll make a big scene. You swap in the Life Giant then," Aisha agreed.
Once the plan was set, Aisha left Lelith's body, carrying the god-child, transformed into a rainbow light, and entered the Dark Giant.
When the light touched Aisha, the Dark Giant erupted in purplish-red and black energy, filling the hall with divine power.
The dark energy inside Dark Faust came from Dark Zagi. Though Faust serves Dark Mephisto, her true creator is Zagi.
This darkness is different from Daram or Camearra's—deeper, purer, the darkness of the universe itself.
Aisha's chaos and order powers could absorb and assimilate this darkness.
"What a powerful darkness! Its source rivals my chaos powers. If I didn't know better, I'd think this was created by the Dark King himself," Aisha exclaimed while merging.
After merging, Isha released life energy to shroud the process, mixing green, red-purple, and black into a strange force field. Rhodes thought this was normal—after all, the Goddess of Life was merging with pure darkness.
The commotion caught the Emperor's attention, but as long as Rhodes didn't threaten humanity, he didn't care.
This Dark Giant's power felt almost as strong as the Dark Emperor's!
…
After a few hours, Aisha completed the merge. Within the barrier appeared a 55-meter-tall, red-purple-black, beautifully curvaceous female Dark Warrior.
After merging, Aisha even gave Dark Faust a makeover—her previous look was too androgynous for Aisha's taste.
"Fusion complete?"
"Yes, all done. Your turn," Aisha said.
The green light faded, and Aisha and Isha switched bodies. Now two distinct individuals, they could still swap and hide within each other.
With the green light gone, Rhodes saw a 50-meter-tall, gold-green, beautifully shaped female Ultra Warrior radiating life energy and a hint of darkness. (Aisha had converted most to life power, but the darkness could always be switched back.)
Rhodes felt this new giant looked oddly familiar—especially the face, much prettier than Faust originally had.
"Fusion complete, Mother Goddess. I feel strong life energy, and also some darkness," Yvraine and Lelith said joyfully.
All Eldar, regardless of origin, respect the Mother Goddess unconditionally.
"Yes, fusion is complete. This body still has some darkness, but I can control it. I can switch between dark and life giant forms," Isha said.
Rhodes checked: the new name is Divine Power Dark Battle Faust. Many upgrade options are now hidden—since she fused with divine power, further upgrades require the shop to reach a higher level.
Just like Horus's Daram evolution, the upgrade shop now costs 100 million system coins to level up.
"Amazing, Mother Goddess!" Lelith said.
"It's all thanks to Rhodes. Without him, I couldn't have a real body," Isha replied.
A flash of green light—the true form of the Goddess of Life appeared: tall, slender, long green hair, amber eyes, radiating life energy and surpassing Lelith and Yvraine in beauty and presence.
"As long as you're fine, you control Dark Faust now. Once I upgrade the shop, I can strengthen you further," Rhodes said.
No wonder she could charm even the Emperor's father! He needed to chat with her more tonight—now this was a true goddess!
"I'm looking forward to it!" Aisha smiled.
After so many years, she finally had her true self back.
"Why has your appearance changed? Faust wasn't this pretty before," Rhodes asked.
"Oh, that? The original was too ugly—I had to give her a little upgrade. I hope that's okay?" Isha replied.
Rhodes nodded. Pretty is always good—every woman or goddess cares about looks. And Faust's face was hard to tolerate.
Still, he felt the Life Giant resembled Camearra. Maybe it was just his imagination—those two had minds of their own, unlike the blank-slate Faust.
