Werewolf Leveling: Building the Strongest Pack in the Apocalypse
Chapter 73: Primordial Sea-kin
CHAPTER 73: PRIMORDIAL SEA-KIN
Sylthia stepped out of the water with the legs of a human. She was wearing a blue, silky dress which she created from the water itself. She had the face and body of a goddess, but the smile on her face was reminiscent of the devil himself.
"Okay, Liam. I’ll join your pack."
I smiled at her, then pulled her in closer by her waist. She didn’t react, only smiled and submitted herself willingly to me. I wasted no time and sank my fangs into her neck. Immediately, the veins on her neck began to glow a deep shade of orange. Her blue eyes also took on an orange hue before reverting back.

Interesting...
"Selthia, what was your bloodline before?" I asked as I observed her status.
"All sirens and mermaids were given the sea-kin bloodline."
Now, because of me, she is a primordial sea-kin. She will probably evolve differently from other sirens and those with the sea-kin bloodline. I stared at Selthia and realized she was looking at me in utter devotion, as her alpha.
She then began hovering her hand over my wound, and a golden-colored liquid immediately manifested and began to cover my wound. A warm sensation enveloped me.
"Healing your wound will zap my energy, and if I lose too much energy, then my legs will return to its true form and also my skin dries out. It’s a very painful process that I don’t want to go through, but the worst thing about it is that I’ll turn into a hideous monster."
"As long as I’m healed enough to fight, that should be fine. My natural healing will take care of the rest from there," I told her.
The wound Roran left me started to close up. she healed the surface area of the wound so it least i wouldn’t be bleeding anymore. Still, the damage done to my internals still wasn’t healed yet.
"We should leave now," I suddenly said now that I was healed.
She looked at me slightly confused.
"Is something wrong?"
"Yes, I’ve attracted the attention of something unpleasant."
Selthia furrowed her brow.
"Is it that creature you were talking about before? The wraith?"
"Yes, it’s been getting closer and closer these past few days."
The scent of death on me was impossible for a creature like that to resist. Suddenly, a smile appeared on Selthia’s face.
"Is it powerful?" she giggled, and her entire face turned red.
"Yes, wraiths are formidable creatures. I would rather not face off against one, but since it’s already set its sight on me, it would be impossible to shake. I’ll have no choice but to face it."
Selthia’s grin widened, and she licked her lips. Seeing this, I placed my hand on her head and patted her softly.
"Tell you what, if you do a good job in the battle to come, I’ll let you have its heart," I said.
"Really?"
I nodded and continued to stroke her ocean-blue hair which had reverted back. The girl before me was a monster like no other. I could feel it. I had a feeling I would enjoy seeing the carnage she would create. I then took her hand in mine.
"Let’s go."
Selthia smiled at me, then turned to the body of water behind us. Together, the two of us stepped into the water, and Selthia’s legs began to transform into a beautiful blue tail. I continued to hold her hand as she dived beneath the water. It was the only way to get out of this cave.
We swam through a small pocket in the earth, and when we finally emerged, we were back in the river where we started. We quickly exited the river, and Selthia’s tail transformed back into human legs.
"So, where are we going next?" she asked.
I thought about it for a second. Preferably, we would take the shortest path back to the Lycann pack, but I didn’t want to encounter that Yokai again. I’m not in any shape to take on that creature along with the wraith that is now pursuing us.
With that, I decided to take the longer path around the Yokai’s territory instead. Still, my first priority is escaping the Nyx pack territory. I could already sense several werewolves patrolling the forest.
I took Sylthia’s hand in mine, ready to make our way through the forest, but just as we began to move, she fell flat on her face.
"Aww~"
"Are you okay?"
"I’m fine. It’s just that I’m not used to walking yet."
That complicates things.
"I’m sorry, I don’t mean to slow you down," she apologized.
"It’s fine, you’re a part of my pack now, remember. We’ll take it slow. I’ll teach you how to walk if need be, just hold on to me."
She smiled and grabbed a hold of my hand as I helped her to her feet.
"Thank you."
Selthia hugged my arm tightly as she slowly practiced how to walk. I didn’t like the fact that we were progressing slowly, but I was happy to help her. But soon we ran into the first sign of trouble as a group of werewolves were approaching our direction.
I acted instantly and quickly erased my presence. I then took hiding on top of a tree, leaving Selthia down below. We planned to ambush them.
"♪Hm~ hm hm... hm-hmm♪"
Selthia then began singing a beautiful melody, and as if in a trance, all the werewolves in the area began approaching her. When they saw her beauty, they completely dropped their guard, and lewd expressions crossed their faces.
I could even see a few of them pitching tents.
’Whether werewolf or any other creature, men are all the same.’
Even I was temporarily entranced by her but I quickly regained my senses and prepared to attack. I leaped from the tree towards the werewolf that was closest to Selthia. My claws ripped through its back and grabbed a hold of its heart.
Seeing this, Selthia’s face lit up in a wild smile.
"Cover your ears, hun~," she squealed.
Seeing the evil grin on her face, I didn’t hesitate for a second and covered my ears tightly.
In the next second, it was like a sonic blast erupted from her mouth. All the werewolves fell in an instant with blood leaking out their ears. I looked at Selthia, and her face was lit up in an erotic grin.
