CHAPTER 1164: TOUCHED THE WRONG PERSON

"We’re not getting involved in this." Lin Fan said in a decisive voice.

Though the one that he said this for was more for Mu Bao Bao than for anyone else. After all, she was the only one that seemed like she was thinking about getting involved.

Yan Tian Ta and Hong Xi looked like they had already secured a route away from them.

It was clear that there was only one thing that the two of them wanted to do with the way that they acted.

Though it wasn’t as if it was a bad thing.

After a long silence, Mu Bao Bao finally said with a nod, "Alright, let’s leave."

Lin Fan didn’t say anything, but he could see the way that she had looked at these guards from the Deng Family during this time. It was clear that she was seeing if there was anyone that she recognized amongst them.

Once Yan Tian Ta and Hong Xi heard this, the two of them didn’t hesitate to lead the way away from the fighting.

Only they suddenly came to a stop.

"What is it?" Lin Fan asked, but they didn’t have to answer in the end.

"Boom!"

There was another explosion that came from where the Deng Family guards and the attackers were fighting. This was a large explosion that pushed almost everyone that had been fighting away.

Once the smoke from the explosion settled, two people were revealed.

One was someone from the Deng Family and the other was someone that was completely covered in black.

The one from the Deng Family was someone that Lin Fan and Mu Bao Bao recognized, it was one of the few people that they had been introduced to during the time that they spent in the Deng Family.

This was the second master of the Deng Family, the younger brother of Mu Bao Bao’s grandfather Deng Yu, Deng Long.

As for the person that was fighting him, no one knew who he was since he had completely covered himself.

But the aura that was coming from him was enough to show that he was a Soul Formation Realm Cultivator just like Deng Long.

It seemed like the people that had attacked the Deng Family really had made quite the preparations that they were able to separate Deng Long from the rest of the Deng Family like this.

"Is there a way to escape?" I asked Yan Tian Ta and Hong Xi.

The two of them had been carefully watching the fight between Deng Long and the black clothed Soul Formation Realm Cultivator. The waves from that fight was enough to actually reach them and possibly affect Lin Fan.

But since he was giving them an order, then they started looking for another way to leave.

The problem was that it wasn’t just this single incident.

There were more explosions that came from all around them before they were completely surrounded by different fights.

It was clear that whoever was attacking the Deng Family had made ample preparations in this matter.

What the Deng Family had wasn’t just Deng Ying as the Rebirth Realm ancestor to depend on, there were others that were also in the Soul Formation Realm like Deng Yu and Deng Long.

These were the second generation of the Deng Family after Deng Ying and there were quite a few of them. So even if something did happen to Deng Ying, it wasn’t as if the Deng Family would be completely helpless.

But with how many of them were fighting, it was clear that most of the Soul Formation Realm Cultivators of the Deng Family were occupied.

Just where did these attackers come from?

After all, it wasn’t as if it was that easy to raise this many Soul Formation Realm Cultivators. There were very few forces that could actually bring out these many Soul Formation Realm Cultivators and it wasn’t as if the Deng Family had that many enemies.

But there was a figure that flew out of the smoke that followed the explosion and landed in the middle of the fighting.

Since Lin Fan’s group was near the center of the fight, they were the ones that were the closest to where this figure landed.

That was why they were able to see who this figure was before anyone else did and they were shocked by who it was.

It was Deng Ying, the ancestor of the Deng Family.

When the smoke faded away and he was revealed, it really seemed like Deng Ying was in a bad position with how rough he looked. At the same time, it was as if there was something that was wrapped around him that seemed to be restraining him.

Lin Fan’s group naturally didn’t have any idea of what was happening, but it was clear that whoever the other side was, they had found a way to restrict Deng Ying. That was why the Deng Family was in its current situation.

Though he seemed restrained, it didn’t seem like he was completely unable to do a thing as he still pushed himself up from the ground.

Though when Deng Ying saw Lin Fan’s group, he couldn’t help asking in a shocked voice, "What are you doing here?"

A bitter look appeared on Lin Fan’s face when he heard this.

It wasn’t as if he wanted to be in this place, he had even been trying to leave the Deng Family while this was happening.

Who would have thought that the fight would actually come to them like this.

After all, they had gone where the fighting shouldn’t have been.

There was the sound of something clashing that came from in front of Lin Fan.

When he turned, he saw that there was something that had suddenly been tossed into the air by the two of them forming a barrier in front of him.

When he looked closely at the thing that had been tossed into the air, he saw that it was some kind of spear.

It seemed that whoever was targeting Deng Ying had set their sights on Lin Fan’s group.

But the moment that Yan Tian Ta and Hong Xi saw this, they couldn’t help revealing faint smiles.

Yan Tian Ta looked in the direction that the spear came from before saying, "You just touched the wrong person."

When his voice spread across the battlefield, it seemed to have an effect on everyone that was here as they all suddenly stopped fighting. They all seemed to turn in the direction that the voice was coming from with confused looks on their faces.

But at the same time, it seemed that there was a trace of fear in the eyes of the people attacking the Deng Family.

It seemed like they recognized that there was some kind of threat towards them here.

Lin Fan didn’t understand what Yan Tian Ta meant by this, but this did create an opening.

So he said, "Let’s get out of here while they’re still distracted."

Only Yan Tian Ta and Hong Xi didn’t seem interested in leaving now as they shook their heads.

Yan Tian Ta followed up by saying, "This is now the safest place to be. There’s no need for the Junior Sovereign to run."

As Lin Fan was still confused about why he would say this, there was a voice that rang out through the air.

"Who dares to touch my disciple?"

At first it seemed like a single voice, but then one would notice that it wasn’t just a single voice, but two voices that rang out at the same time.

When he heard these voices, Lin Fan understood why Yan Tian Ta said that this was the safest place.

After all, was there a place that was safer than beside his two masters?

Though it really was hard for them to remain standing when this pressure fell down on them.

There were two figures that came down from the sky and landed where Lin Fan was standing.

Naturally they were the Fire Fist King and the Poison King.
