On this day, the usually bustling and noisy train station in State City was unusually quiet. A large number of armed soldiers had sealed off the entire station.

Governor Chi hurried forward to meet them, respectfully saying, "Archbishop Gulis, welcome to the delegation from the Sun Church visiting State City."

The elder’s somewhat cloudy eyes swept across the people behind Governor Chi and then fixated on a man in a Black Robe, speaking softly, "My Sun Church has decided to form an alliance with Governor Chi, but it seems you do not fully trust us... Governor Chi smiled and said, "Archbishop Gulis worries too much. After all, the Witch God Sect has helped Chi quite a lot. Today, Mr. Kou is here just for a look."

"Oh?" Archbishop Gulis’ eyes narrowed slightly.

The man in the Black Robe had a cold expression and spoke in a low tone, "West Continentals are indeed petty. Can’t Mr. Kou be present here?"

Archbishop Gulis didn’t say anything but just silently observed the man in the Black Robe, his cloudy eyes suddenly flaring with golden flames.

Archbishop Gulis’ face remained calm as he only stated, "Governor Chi, there is a heretic that needs to be eliminated promptly, which is why this old man has hurried over."
