The vine poured out dark brown liquid upon being slashed, frighteningly resembling human blood, emitting painful moans that sent chills down people’s spines.

"May Morgan, stick close to me, don’t move recklessly!" Despite the danger, Victor Grant didn’t forget to remind May Morgan to stay close and be careful.

May Morgan looked gratefully at Victor Grant, her heart suddenly touched.
